Excellent from start to finish, it was a great experience. Nothing was too much, extremely professional and fantastic service, particularly from Graham, who had the patience of a saint! Would definitely recommend. Sorry it's taken me so long to write the review.

Howdens were very supportive to my customer and drew up plans that brought the kitchen to life.

Helpful and good service

We were recommended to use the Howdens Cumbernauld branch. We had no experience in doing such a big project, a complete new kitchen.
We were guided through the process by Graham. This included, a complete plan, including a visual presentation of how the kitchen would look.
The process was made so much easier for us by Graham and the guys at Howdens.
Will be recommending the branch to anyone who is thinking of getting any work done in the future.

Fantastic service, Few little blips along the way but everything was sorted out quickly,efficiently and without delay. The whole experience was fantastic, Graham was professional, and showed us various options for our kitchen, and various layouts within our measurements, which, Graham did too. We were invited back to view the digital layout of the kitchen and then to look at two options of designs and view samples too, which helps give a better idea of the options available. The whole process was great I am so happy with my new kitchen everything is finished to.such a high quality. Delivery was within specified time, I find it difficult to.fault the service. Even after returning unused and boxed items the returns process was just as smooth and the staff are clearly knowledgeable and very chatty too. Its refreshing to see such good customer service. Would highly recommend these guys. Nothing too much hassle.

Delivery charges are outrageous a charge of £150.00p to an address less than 3 miles from the depot

I am absolutely delighted with my new Howdens kitchen that has recently been fitted.Since my first meeting with Graham (kitchen designer) the
whole process has been very productive and a positive experience.
Final kitchen plan that I approved actually incorporated some ideas that Graham had put forward for me to consider compared to initial design that I already had.It was clear to me that his suggestions would indeed be more beneficial in making better use of available space.Throughout the whole process from start to finish I was kept fully informed and any questions I raised were responded too very quickly. Any other members of the team I dealt with at the Cumbernauld depot were also helpful and professional. I had previously approached two other well known kitchen suppliers and their level of customer service across a number of areas in my personal opinion fell far short of the standards provided by Howdens.

So thank you so much to Graham and rest of the team at Howdens

I have had an account with the Cumbernauld branch since it opened and it has always been positive until recently. I have had a dispute with my account regarding the bill. When I speak to the depot staff I have been told that they don't understand how the accounting system works! I have spoken several times to the credit control dept and all they do is send a statement to me. No one is actually listening to the issue that I have to try to resolve the problem. This has been going on for 5 weeks and I am now ready to close my account and walk away.

Had Graham from Cumbernauld branch out to design our new kitchen and been to the branch to view the plan. Exceptional service thus far everyone in the branch is so helpful. Graham has been very patient guiding us through the process and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howdens Cumbernauld. Our kitchen fitter said howdens kitchens are his preferred choice and we couldn’t be happier with the service to date. We have also got laminate flooring from howdens and internal doors.

Simple and efficient ordering and collection procedure - no hassle

Was guaranteed a specific time and day to which it never materialised and had to keep calling throughout the day for updates to which they couldn’t give me any as they wer giving me the run around they were more interested in people buying kitchens

I placed an order a week in advance for collection as I had booked a hired van & on collection it wasn't all in stock & it took over an hour to find what was in stock. I then had to return 3 hrs later to collect a door that had been brought in from Kirkcaldy & then had to collect a further 2 doors from Dumfries the following morning.
The branch is in turmoil due to the lack of organisation & head office not having a designated squad to come in & oversee the refurbishment.
It is ridiculous to expect branch staff to service customers & do the refurbishment at the same time.
Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Consistently good service from people who actually know their trade / job. All staff are always helpful.
