Professional friendly service from Kirstie Cozens from the first call to her visit. She listened and guided us through the process. She was very helpful when there were minor issues which were dealt with swiftly.
We now have a beautiful kitchen.

This was my first attempt as a DIYer to refit our kitchen. The staff were very helpful and informative.

Rhia at Howdens Fareham did an amazing job designing our kitchen. We had very specific requirements regarding cupboards to a non-standard ceiling height, an extra large cupboard in a challenging utility room space and a raised breakfast bar that flowed with the worktop. Rhia knew instantly how to solve our problems where others had failed and worked with our builder to achieve the finished look. So delighted with our finished kitchen and utility! Thank you Howdens and Rhia!

Used to deal with Howdens when I worked before retirement, always found them to be excellent to deal with so had no issues with going to them for a new kitchen in our extension at home. We dealt with Kirstie (Cozens) at the Fareham branch. She couldn't have been more helpful, professional and patient in her approach. The plan she came up with was exactly what we were looking for and one year on we couldn't be more pleased.

The Fareham Depot staff, especially Kirstie & Scott made a stressful time much easier! Would definitely recommend them for a new kitchen

Kirsty and the team at Fareham made renovating our kitchen a pretty straightforward project.
Probably most importantly, they allowed us to develope our initial ideas instead of pushing us down a particular route (but still gave us options/solutions when needed).
Quality of the units seems great and they were able to work closely with our fitter for little tweaks and variations during the installation.

This was our first time using Howdens, and I honestly can’t praise the experience highly enough – it’s been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We are thrilled to bits with how the utility room has turned out.
A massive thank you to Rhia, who was an absolute star. She guided us through the huge choice of units, worktops and everything else with endless patience, great advice, and a lovely calm manner that made the whole process so much less daunting.
Thank you so much for all your time, effort and expertise – we’ll definitely be back when we tackle the next project!

Great service from Beth Chalmers at Fareham branch. Fantastic design ideas,perfect job,super pleased with the end product. Good quality cupboards and electrical goods,we had dishwasher,induction hob,single built in oven,built in microwave and washing machine,all easy to use with a nice clean simple design.

Kirstie Cozens was instrumental in helping to choose and then design our kitchen. Kirstie did a wonderful job and the purchase and delivery through Howdens was efficient and trouble-free.

We were recommended to Howdens of Fareham by our builder Damian Young. Beth from Howden‘s. was a godsend. She came to our property and measured and designed the wardrobes that would fit the space and our needs. When we popped into the local showroom to see a sample of the wardrobes, she invited us into the office and pulled up a graphic design of our bedroom with the wardrobes fitted on a huge TV screen to show us what it would all look like.
They wardrobes were delivered on time, undamaged, and to say that we are pleased with them would be an understatement. I would highly recommend Beth at Fareham for her expertise on planning and Howden’s bedroom furniture for quality and style. We were so impressed with the quality of them and the customer service.

Our kitchen consultant, Beth at Fareham branch, was so approachable and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything we couldn’t afford and she advised us when we weren’t sure about things. Beth always responded to my email queries quickly and efficiently.
Our kitchen was delivered on time and everything was in perfect condition. We are really happy with our Howdens kitchen and the service they provided.

Terrible service from Howdens Fareham and the fitter they recommended to me. Shocking standard of work - shame this review does not allow me to upload photos to show the poor standard of their ‘professional fit’ Paid on credit card for section 75 protection but my bank says I’ve paid Howdens but Howdens says I’ve paid the fitter so this loop hole prevents me from getting the protection I thought I had. Howdens says on their website that they build close relationships with local fitters offering high standard professional fitters … total crap. I do NOT recommend Howdens to anyone … I’ve lost £7000 … shop elsewhere.
