DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Their prices are very high and their customer service is APPALLING. I spent almost £10,000 on a Howdens Kitchen in 2022. This included a Howdens own brand dishwasher Lamona which is WORST CONSUMER PRODUCT I HAVE EVER HAD since I bought my first flat in 1992. I have been trying to get this dishwasher replaced from before it was 6 months old as it was so inadequate. Even if you clean the spray arms and filter every time you use it three quarters of the crockers comes out FILTHY. See pictures attached to this review. I have been fobbed off with multiple repairs that didn't work and my latest correspondence - with pictures - has been totally ignored. Do not buy anything from this store.

Excellent service got everything I needed

The branch completed the order same day, I collected it next day, first class, can't ask for better service.

As we are not trade, our kitchen fitters gave us permission to charge an larder fridge to their account. One late afternoon phone call to the lovely Khatra, and she fully grasped the situation, the stock was checked, confirmed and ordered and the item delivered the following morning. Khatra was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Really outstanding service.

I have never had a bad word to say about this company. As usual, the experience was fast, professional, and smooth. I recently went with a client to view a kitchen, and she was so impressed that we purchased it right there and then! She even mentioned that she wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future, which is great for both her and me. David and his team really put her at ease and made her feel so welcome. Their exceptional service continues to stand out. Highly recommended! and have done so on many occasions

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to Andrew, the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable person to help with my kitchen renovation.

Being a complete novice, I had no idea what the process would entail, but Andrew was incredibly patient and detailed when explaining the options for my kitchen. He even completed multiple 3D drawings so I could get a full understanding of the layout and how things would look with appliances and islands in different places.

Despite changing my mind several times, Andrew was understanding and willing to help with additional questions I had.

When my builders struggled with part of the kitchen, Andrew took the time to come out and show the builders how the kitchen cupboards should be, all so I could get the perfect result.

I would work with Andrew again in a heartbeat. He made the stressful times fun and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Andrew, thank you! I will be recommending you to all of my friends and hope we get to work together again in some capacity!

The product is always evolving and whilst still inexpensive for style it matches top German companies

I've been trading with Howdens Harlesden for a number of years mainly in doors and kitchen fit-outs. The small team of Corey, Justin, Marcus, Katya. Steve thru to management David and Bharat have been very helpful and demonstrated sound knowledge in their products, range and suitability for my projects.

I had the misfortune of being sent from another depot to here to pick up a unit. I was waiting about 15 mins to be served but the guy on the counter seemed like he had no idea. I believe his name is Cory. There were only 2 other customers ahead of me yet no one else came to the counter. So when one of the other customers pointed out I was only collecting and didn’t look happy I said that yes I wasn’t happy as each time I had come to this branch I was left waiting a very long time to be served.
Corey’s response was “ if your not happy then go somewhere else”.
Now I’m sorry but that is a disgraceful attitude to a customer especially one that buys multiple kitchens from howdens every month. Was I expected to then stand there like a child and beg to be served?
Disgusting attitude from a terrible branch. I will never return there. Must be awful management there to allow firstly customers to wait so long to be served and then to allow staff to speak to customers like that.
My advise is avoid this branch at all costs
