Having had a few kitchens & utility rooms from Howdens now I can honestly say they are brilliant. Even more so the service and attention to detail provided by Lucy at the Hook branch.

I was impressed with the Howdens experience from start to finish. Lucy in Hook was knowledgable and efficient and I’d highly recommend the whole service.

I have used Howdens at Hook twice now and on both occasions the service and quality of the product have been excellent.
I must also commend very highly the designer, Lucy, who was so patient and professional. I changed my mind so many times but she was always calm and helpful and friendly. I would definitely use Hook again and can recommend them unreservedly.

When looking for a new kitchen I had been recommended Lucy at the Hook branch by a couple of people, she was great to work with from start to finish with her positive attitude and great knowledge of the Howdens range, even after me changing my mind several times. The rest of the team were also really friendly and will go out of the way to help... I would highly recommend the entire team.

Very positive experience and we are over the moon with our amazing kitchen and utility room. Simon couldn't have been more accommodating as we had a very particular vision. Was great to be able to see a large number of kitchens in the showroom and see all the samples/finishes available. Would highly recommend.

I replaced my very old out of date Kitchen this year. Emelie at Howdens was so helpful with everything thing, as I hadn't got a clue! When we had a chosen everything she emailed me the design through. It was a perfect. The finished kitchen is absolutely stunning I love it.

The pre-finished doors look good; we are only disappointed that they have different colour stain for the same range of doors, the only difference was one door was glazed.

Lucy at the Hook store was really helpful designing my kitchen. She had good ideas and workarounds to fit with the space and pipes.
I went to a few kitchen companies and I believe she had the best knowledge and design.
If I move house and need a new kitchen I’d definitely use Howdens and ask Lucy to design it.

Having bought 13 internal doors 2 of them did not have any veneer on one edge, Hook branch insisted that they had been supplied ok and that the Chippy had removed too much material, I know this was not the case as my partner had noticed the difference when they were delivered.

From the start Simon, the manager at the Hook depot went above and beyond our expectations. We were blown away by his knowledge and expertise when he came to design our kitchen, making suggestions that we hadn't thought about but were so obvious to make our design perfect.
Delivery was really prompt and professional.
Installation was incredible, by a carpenter who clearly knew about Howdens Kitchens.
The whole process was smooth, prompt, professional and efficient. We love our new Howdens kitchen!
We chose Howdens because of their environmental ethos and we are so pleased we did!

Hook Howdens are a fantastic set up !
So helpful with understanding exactly what we the customer require for our kitchen down to the detail in support of tiling suggestions and handles. So many factors to consider and Lucy at Hook Howdens was fantastic!

I have just had my kitchen fitted and I am over the moon - it is simply stunning! Lucy at the Hook branch came up with loads of ideas that I hadn't even thought of and guided me through selecting handles, units, worktops etc. All in all the whole experience was alot less stressful than I had imagined and everything was delivered and fitted on time and I have a wonderful new kitchen (which I should have had done years ago!)

We were delighted with Howdens at Hook, excellent customer service, from the designer, Lucy, who came to our home, and helped us with the final design. To the kitchen fitter, Chris, recommended by them, who came to do the work. I couldn't fault the quality of the work: the kitchen fitter, people who removed and put back our existing worktop, the plumber and electrician, all very friendly and helpful.
A reasonable price, given the cupboards are very good quality, the fitter's prices was reasonable to, it included all the trades who came to do their work.
A total package, we didn't have to do anything, all went to plan and on time.
