Very good service, but unfortunately I was supplied with an incorrect item (an oven housing side panels instead of larder unit panels) which although usable made installation more difficult as adjustments had to be made.
Also I received incorrect invoicing, but I was able to hopefully resolve this on the phone.

Great service, had all I needed

Great team. Always helpful, They take on board design ideas design and offer great solutions.

I was very pleased with the service provided to buy and collect a tall kitchen storage cupboard.
The unit was large and just a fraction too big to allow my van doors to close fully. The staff at the store helped with loading and tying the doors as close as was possible for a safe and legal journey to the customers premises.

Delivery was the wrong units
The customer never got a breakdown of what they had paid for
I have invoices and credits on my account, even though the customer paid for the kitchen directly
I was told by the manager Shad he was including £700mfor me as it was being booked thouh my account
Its crap service
Still not sorted out after a month
I won't be recommending Howdens any more

Buyer beware in Leamington spa. My kitchen was measured wrongly and was not given any information about type of unit’s, so wrong size and inferior units sent and now fitted, ended up having to buy extra better standard drawers. Wrote and expressed concern’s suggested staff training for measuring, and some disability awareness to ensure customers needs are met, asked for some compensation due to extra time money and stress. Spoke to Manager who seemed to think wrong measurement acceptable , didn’t seem bothered that staff made no effort to meet the needs of a person with a disability. He said he’d look into it further was going on his holiday said would call on return .... still waiting.

Why on earth won’t you sell to people? My builder says many of his builder colleagues wont even go to you anymore because you are so disobliging. His account has been randomly closed because he hasn’t used it for 2 months and he couldn’t even get a price from you yesterday. Shocking waste of our time and money even attempting to buy something from you AND the general attitude of most members of staff is very poor indeed, at both Bicester (poor) and Leamington (appalling, so rude!) branches. I can’t understand how anyone could write a good review based on the awful experiences we had at both branches.

I dealt with the kitchen and design team at Leamington Howdens. Both Myah Turton and Lily were excellent when it came to general customer care and design skills.

Myah worked on a project consisting of 8 apartments and her attention to details and expertise was so impressive. I will definitely be using Howdens for all projects in the future.

The whole team from reception staff to members of staff in Leamington spa were all so helpful and professional at all times.

The store was closing and the person in-charge (sorry didn't get his name) helped me quickly to buy some small items I needed.
