Superb Customer Service.
Andrew on the front desk and the showroom was very helpful in giving advice and assisting with the selection of all materials and finishes including flooring.
Tegan was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in supplying a wonderful, stylish design for a small kitchen that we are delighted with the finished layout.
The Auld Guy in the warehouse was very accommodating with slight changes and he ensured that the final order was delivered complete and exactly on the programmed date.
An all round fantastic service.

Another year gone, great work from Howdens this year, from kitchen measures to sales, always helpful and willing to sort out any issues we may have had regarding on the job design alterations to supply extra materials onto jobs.

I emailed this company on recommendation on 29/10/24 regarding a fitted kitchen it took a while for anyone to get back to me in fact they only got back to me after I contacted them again. Communication was very slow in booking an appointment it seemed to take a long time for them to answer any emails but a home visit was arranged for Wednesday 06/11/24 and a salesman came out and measured my kitchen. He told me as it was Wednesday I probably would not hear from him until the Monday or Tuesday. Monday came so did Tuesday and Wednesday but I heard nothing I then contacted them again. on Wednesday 13/11/24. On the Thursday I finally received an email back with around four pictures but no costing I replied to the salesperson once again saying that there was no unit in the picture that I had requested to house my microwave nor was there any costing for the kitchen. It is now almost another week later and I have had no reply. So in almost a two week time frame I have had four pictures emailed to me with no pricing and no further contact so I have now decided to go elsewhere for my kitchen as the customer service from Howdens Linlithgow is absolutely appalling. We were told two days in a row by our fitter that the salesman who I won’t name was going to contact us but he never did our custom was obviously not wanted. If this is the level of service you get before you buy with them I dread to think what it is like afterwards if there was to be anything wrong.

I recently had my kitchen redesigned by Howdens, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The design has cleverly maximised the use of space, ensuring that everything is exactly where it should be, not to mention it looks incredibly stylish too. A huge shoutout to Tegan, our designer, who was both friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. She truly is an exemplar in her field. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased another kitchen from Howden’s as part of a property refurbishment. As always I am delighted with the standard & quality of the materials. The kitchen was designed by Tegan and planned to perfection inline with my requirements. Tegan was very responsive to requested changes and prompt in her communications. Post fitting there was not a single item of waste, proof of the very effective and efficient design produced by Tegan.

I recently had my new kitchen fitted and I am really happy with the quality. Tegan was so helpful and provided a great service in helping me plan the design. I would highly recommend this branch of Howdens.

We have just purchased a new kitchen from Howdens. Our designer, Tegan, couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much bother for her. We are very happy with the kitchen we bought and the plan Tegan designed for us. The kitchen units are stylish and of very good quality. I just love my kitchen now.

There's a reason why Howdens' kitchens are so popular - great units and appliances, easy ordering process. Tegan did a superb job of listening to our needs and designing a wonderful kitchen for a small space, and was happy to tweak the layout before finalising it. I have been using the Linlithgow branch for a few years now Craig and his team are friendly and first class in delivering a great service for me and my customers any issues are quickly resolved allowing me to concentrate on delivering a quality job for my customers would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom for anyone interested in any products they supply

Just recently had our howdens kitchen installed. Absolutely delighted with whole process from the design meetings to completion of the project. Very impressed with the service throughout and when we made changes the team were very accommodating.
