Exceptional Customer Service – Petra, Howdens Taunton

I cannot recommend Petra at Howdens Taunton highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was extremely smooth and enjoyable. Petra has exceptional product and kitchen design knowledge, and she was incredibly helpful without ever applying any pressure or using hard-sell tactics.

She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Her knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer care are a real credit to Howdens.

Petra is clearly a massive contributor to the team, and it’s easy to see how much she cares about delivering a great customer experience. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

I've had a long term problem with a Howdens worktop. They said that they would happily replace it but it was technically difficult to remove the old one so the deputy manager was very helpful in recommending different solutions and also recommended a kitchen fitter. The deputy manager understood my problem and we were able to agree a solution. All the staff at Taunton are a pleasure to deal with.

We recently had our kitchen designed by Petra Simaskova at Howdens in Taunton. Our experience of her work and eventual design was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She listened to our ideas as to how we wanted our kitchen to look. She tailored our design to our specifications. The eventual design was everything we wanted it to be. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was right and brought her own ideas to the process. As a kitchen designer I would highly recommend Petra and look forward to the actual fitting of the kitchen.

Petra was great, listened to what we wanted and gave us good advice. Very happy with our new kitchen!

We were advised to go to Howden's because of the quality of their Service and units. We are delighted with the service we have received, and with the quality of the kitchen and possibly bedroom units which we will order. During the time, we have had a visit to our bungalow, followed by further visits to Howdens for explanation and planning. Excellent.

Charlotte did a wonderful job in design and we are extremely pleased with the build quality of our new Howden’s kitchen. Solid units & drawers all appropriately sized, positioned and fitted, together with wonderful Dekton worktops. Delivery was very quick and all minor issues and questions spedily dealt with. Paul and his complete team undertook the installation and customisation to give us an amazing new kitchen and utility area. Can thouroughly recommend!

Highly trained and enthusiastic staff very knowledgeable about their range of products.

Had a need to replace 1 cupboard as the previous one had an expansion vessel in it.
Worked out more economical to replace the entire cupboard as I needed a backboard as well as a new shelf.
