We contacted Howdens in Wigton, Cumbria,at beginning of our Cottage renovation project. Peter came to advise us when there were no internal walls or roof on the Cottage. Despite this, he had the vision, aided by architect’s drawings, to outline what we could do. This plan was finessed over a couple of months when he did site visits, liaised well with builders, and spent time in the showroom talking us through options. He guided us through the process deftly, always reasoning his suggestions. He even came out after the kitchen was fitted to check the installation(by our builders/joiners) and show us how everything works. We are delighted with kitchen, both quality and layout. Special thanks to Peter who guided us through the project thus preventing marital strife!! We would highly recommend Howdens in Wigton,Cumbria.

Truly impressed by the service we have received from the Wigton Branch. A special mention to Peter. He has made the process of choosing our kitchen so enjoyable and personal to us. From the moment we walked in, it was a very positive experience. Paul greeted us warmly and introduced us to our designer, Peter, who also made us feel very comfortable.
Peter took us through the whole process; ensured he knew exactly what we wanted; made an appointment to view the room and get a feel for the house style, and went on to create a CAD of the finished space. The end result was exactly what we wanted and suited the room and house perfectly!

Absolutely phenomenal team at the Howdens Wigton brach. Nothing is too much to ask, and all members have been consistently friendly, professional and helpful on our follow up visits after purchasing a kitchen. Special thanks to Ashton, made our experience extra special. Looking forward to getting many more kitchens from these guys.

An absolutely brilliant experience getting our kitchen from Howdens, specifically, the Wigton branch. The price was way better than any other we were able to find, and the design, look and quality of the kitchen exceeded our expectations. But most of all, we were impressed by the customer service! The team at the Wigton branch were incredibly welcoming, informative, transparent, friendly, and happy to go above and beyond to help us with some additional queries we had months after purchasing the kitchen from them.
Could not be happier with the overall experience. Will not hesitate to shop at Howdens again and recommend!

I use Howdens regularly for 2nd fix supplies and kitchens. Staff couldn't be more helpful

Staff were extremely helpful

Kitchen measured up (multiple times) like for like doors promised this was achievable. After a very sharp delivery turned out all stock not deliverd for my hired joiner to complete the works incorrect sizes no hinges etc. Was promised all stock remaining was at depot as a result of howdens mistakes they hired a joiner to complete some of the works and was told he would deliver the rest of the stock when completeing the works he again was sent with no hinges or all the remaining stock. After multiple phone calls with howdens turned out the promised remaining stock wasn't actually at the depot and this (like for like) door needed to be order we are now onto week 9 of no kitchen. As a result of constantly being let down lied to and trust broken we opted for a full refund as after 9 week the full kitchen still wasn't ready to be delivered. Full refund took place but took howdens 2 week to remove all appliances and cupboards due to sending someone who wasn't gas registered to remove a fitted gas hob. Total of 11 weeks with no kitchen all the way through Christmas.

Brilliant service from the team there - planned our new fitted bedroom and office. Great design team and the price was very reasonable.

Outstanding service from the guys at Howdens, orders delivered next day and very helpful finding solutions for problems.
Prices are better than we thought too,

Howdens is a regular supplier for me. Staff are very happy to help where they can and source anything they haven't got in stock quicker than I could ask for.

The main reason for purchasing kitchen units from Howdens was local, helpful and knowledgeable staff , I am happy to confirm my best wishes were realised, All the staff at wigton depo were a pleasure to deal with ,
