Customer over a decade. Parcel never arrived (usually next day). Contacted customer service for the first time and was told it was going to an old address which I haven’t lived at since 2019. Website defaulted to this through Apple Pay payment. Asked them to divert and was told nothing they could do. Asked for a resolution and was told it was my fault for not reviewing confirmation mail. When advised that I would no longer be a customer and to remove my account the service team didn’t care.

I have to say, this store is awesome—very reliable with incredibly fast delivery! I received my items the day after I placed the order. The team is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Really appreciate the great service you provide—I'll definitely shop here again!

I have purchased from HP nutrition a few times & I am always pleased with prices & the stock they have. I ordered a few things yesterday & it was delivered today ☺️.

Wide selection, mind-boggling fast delivery (no idea how they do it), great packaging and constant rotation of offers on various items. Just a top shop really for a really broad variety of supplements.

Been dealing with this company for quite a few years now , service has always been impeccable .

It was very disappointing after my years of custom that a pre-workout I had ordered showed up rock solid in the container and not fit for consumption.

When after contacting them for a refund or a replacement I was given little to know satisfaction which shows how much they value my years of custom.

I would suggest people look elsewhere for their supplements as this company don’t clearly care about their customers !

Top notch prices for top quality products and super fast delivery ordered yesterday morning (Fri) and arrived today some hours ago (sat) via dpd delivery which cost buttons on their site too thank you again I will be back for more. Happy early Christmas to all the team @HPnutrition.ie

Damage product has been received and they blame costumer did not open carefully.

I placed my first order after a friend recommended HPNutrition, and I am thoroughly impressed by their speedy dispatch and delivery.

I placed my order on Thursday at 2pm, the 26th, and to my amazement, the package arrived via An Post at 2pm the very next day, Friday, the 27th. This rapid turnaround time is remarkable!

I couldn't be happier with my experience and will definitely order from HPNutrition again.

I was heard , understood and helped when i had issues with An Post non delivery. Unusual to have positive experience with big companies who often dont give a damn about their customers problems. They do not respond to customer service emails. I highlighted a problem last year with broken seals on two of three products. Got no response. I let it go. i had another issue last month and guess what? No response.

After 5 years of buying from them they’ve lost my business.
