Quick and responsive support team, with a platform that is intuitive and very user-friendly. It’s also extremely easy to export reports, which makes tracking incomplete courses and training progress much more efficient.

One recommendation would be to extend or remove the current 24-hour deadline for users to log in and create their account after receiving the welcome email. From an HR perspective, this can be difficult to manage, as employees do not always complete the setup within the timeframe, meaning we often need to manually resend welcome emails. A longer activation window would help reduce administrative time and improve the overall user experience.

Fantastic "Leading Yourself & Others" training sessions with Elissa yesterday. A number of our team attended the sessions and we received positive feedback from every individual. One senior person even said he wished he attended the session 20 years ago!
