visited the premises well marshalled re covid etc staff extremely helpful able to obtain item required from selection of 3 specific items (seeking emerald pendant /brooch for daughters May birthstone 4oth b/day) item found easily at affordable price / service /aftercare arranged item packaged etc and able to complete transaction within 15 minutes .. superb thanks
