The staff at Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh were excellent. We were looking for wedding rings and they were very helpful in helping us to choose the right rings. We had to have our rings resized and they were back within a week. I would not have any quams about recommending them to anyone.

Warm welcome and sound advice
Warm welcome from staff on arrival. Only needed a battery for my watch but this was dealt with cheerfully and timeously by a young lady. She was also able to tell me about another {expensive} watch I had been wearing and which had some fault which would need attending to (very dear, alas, at £590+/-). Most satisfied with experience.
