I had to buy a real gold bracelet for…
I had to buy a real gold bracelet for my husband on his birthday to replace the gold plated one I bought him in the morning in which he was delighted I could tell from his reaction that he thought it was real gold🤔so had to run to Meadowhall to your shop to buy the real gold one to replace it before he got home from work I told him the story afterwards it cost a lot more than I’d anticipated for a normal birthday but he’s worth it🥰

Helpful staff
We had a problem with a pulsar watch and wasn’t getting anywhere till Tasha got involved . She did everything she promised even phoning after lockdown, getting the watch delivered to store . Tasha went above and beyond to help which is refreshing in today’s world

After a disappointing visit to F Hinds jewelers we went into H.Samuel at meadowhall. Tammy couldn't do enough to help and help us find the perfect watch for my husbands 50th. I will always now go to H.Samuel, absolutely fantastic customer service 👌 and very friendly staff 😀

50th birthday present
I was served by Hazel and Tammy. Tammy helped us to select the perfect watch for my boyfriends 50th birthday, very friendly and extremely helpful.
Hazel served my the second time I went in to the store, to make full payment on the watch, again she was very friendly and extremely helpful.
