HuffandPuffers Reviews

This was my 2nd order through your company, 1st order was just some pods, a testing order as I use to use another site and it took minimum 2 weeks to get even a small order- 1st order came in 4 days! This time was a bigger order, and it was delivered in 1 week exactly! (I know the extra days were the way it needed to be shipped UPSP/UPS) to say I'm extremely happy is an understatement! Your prices are great, all my items were there and even though I am now set for awhile I surely hope you're still here when I need to reorder! So glad I found you guys!

This company is AMAZING!! My original order was never received and upon notifying then, they immediately sent a replacement!! No fighting, arguing or anything - truly above and beyond!
I HIGHLY recommend then for your vaping needs!
Thank you so much.

Recently ordered 4 bottles of ruthles EZ duz it. Although the expiration date is good, the juice does not have the flavor it usually has and leaves a bad aftertaste.

Was completely amazed by this online vape company I've tried others and h&p had good prices and very fast delivery 2 days I got my order very happy definitely recommend

Fast delivery and great prices

Had plenty of money on my card and Huffers & Puffers took out all my money. And said card was declined but yet no product .
Please refund my money

Prices are great!! Great variety of quality products. Ships fast. Great customer service. Have been ordering from them for almost 2 years!!

We ordered multiple items and received them the next day. (AZ)
When ordering from Element Vape, you have to pay for an adult signature, even though I have never been asked to sign for the package. You do not pay for an adult signature at Huff and Puffers. The carrier they use for AZ requires a signature for all packages but you do not pay for it.

These guys are the absolute best! They’re friendly, have a nice selection and the shipping is quick. Their stock runs out quicker than most, but that’s just the way it goes with a large, diverse inventory. One of the best shops out there.

Very fast shipping and great, immediate customer service if there was a problem. The only downside is someone over 21 has to sign for the package and I have never experienced this before.

I am a recurring customer of this business, and they are the only online vape retailers that I use. Their customer service is the best I’ve received anywhere. The few times I have had any issues, I have contacted them and they resolved my issues immediately. I don’t understand anyone reviewing them less than five stars. Keep up the great work!

I gave them an order totaling $78.93. The money was taken through paypal and received. I never got my item. It's been a long time and am now getting ready to report them to paypal for fraud. I sent an email from my email and one from their so-called customer service. I have not received any answer.

I typically purchase my vape juice from Flawless Vape, but recently, I’ve had ongoing issues with payment processing, delayed shipments, and a lack of communication when reaching out through their only available email contact. Because of that, I decided to try Huff and Puffers.

The difference was immediate. Huff and Puffers had better pricing, and I placed my order on a Friday morning—by later that same day, it had already shipped with a valid UPS tracking number. That alone was a big improvement compared to my recent experiences elsewhere.

I didn’t need to contact customer support since everything went smoothly, so I can’t speak to responsiveness yet, but based on pricing, ordering, and shipping speed, this was a great experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Absolutely awesome. They have great deals/prices, have brands I use in-stock brands ( authentic brands) and delivery time was awesome. I highly recommend Huff and Puffers.

Delivery were attempted twice and failed due to a locked apartment gate even though I was in residence during these two days. The delivery men didn’t attempt to call me to come down and pick up the package. The expert chat was rude and ended the chat without much help.
