I ordered 2 pairs of contacts, one prescription 13 days ago. I was alerted of their delivery today and picked them up from the post office. I paid over $80 and received an ugly set of cheap, plastic nails!

Love love love them, very comfortable, lots of choices so it’s easy to find what u want, and so beautiful.
Other lenses I try in my eyes never turn out exactly the color they are supposed to be, but these turned out exactly the same color they claim

I tested 3 different colors of these lenses and honestly — each one looked amazing! 😍 The colors are vibrant but still natural, so they work perfectly both for everyday wear and special occasions.

They false advertising photo of grey contacts lenses and refusing to give me a refund they did not even have mame on the label on contacts lenses I sent them photos of them I'm just trying to send them back an get my money back

Ordered bye 2 get one free and 1 of the contacts I've tried out of 3 so far is not the right prescription. And they're all labeled the same script. The first pair was fine i could see perfect. I haven't opened the last pair.
The number that is on the website does not go through!!! says it is the wrong number. is there a phone number to call somebody to see if they would make this right?

The lenses are super colorful even on dark eyes and most of all; they’re CONFORTABLE and not drying your eyes out, even after a few hours! I’d absolutely recommend Icoice for colorful lenses, they’re high quality and very affordable!

This company is a joke! I left a review here on Trustpilot after a terrible experience. After putting me through email after email requesting photos and requiring me to purchase white contact cases to photograph the sub par, at best, product, I see that they’ve responded to my review saying how sorry they were and that I shouldn’t have been treated the way I was blah blah blah so I reached out again. They insured my “case” would be handled by a manager and they would surely make it right🙄🙄🙄…so I wait…and wait…and wait. THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO ME!!! These people have zero idea how to manage customer care. Beyond that, their product is crap and you’ll waste your time and money!!!!

First of all, the website of the company is very attractive and easy to use. There are lots of different shades of coloured lenses you can find, for any ethnicity.
Secondly, the packaging is the cutest I have seen so far
Thirdly, Lenses are very comfortable to wear, they look very natural and for the person with dry eye syndrome didn't cause any problems.
Overall, I loved icoice coloured lenses

The contact lenses are very cute, but I think they are a bit thick, which made my eyes burn a lot, and I am used to wearing both regular and colored lenses for my work. So I didn't find them very comfortable, in fact, not comfortable at all. But I understand and hope you can fix this for future customers, as their colors and textures are very nice and I would like to continue using them.
