I needed access to our other surgeries IGPR, spoke to a man called Tom. He was very helpful and got me up and running as quick as the computer would let him. Now we are up and running on both sites, thank you Tom.
Using iGPR has made my workload easy…
Using iGPR has made my workload easy and more manageable, it has saved us a lot of time having to print summary and notes and reports for patients. It has also saved our GP's alot of time having to complete paper insurance forms leaving them with more time to complete other tasks. Given the pressures primary care are under iGPR has helped us manage these types of requests more efficiently.
IGPR has really helped
IGPR has really helped reduce our workload and made managing paperwork much easier. The team is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we have any IT questions or issues. Since using their Managed Service, communication has been great, and they contact us promptly if they need any extra information.

Every time I have a question, I am always supported and given the time to go through things properly. The system itself is straightforward and extremely useful, taking a huge amount of pressure off our hands. Everything is always completed in a timely and professional manner by IGPR.
Efficient Service!
I work in a GP surgery as an admin and had a great service. I gave their line a call and was serviced quite quickly, efficiently. There were only 1 people in the que and waiting time was very short.

Such good customer service
I have always found the customer service fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.
Particularly in the early days when I started in this role, I was never made to feel like I was a nuisance which is important if you need to call.
The team always manage to resolve the hardest of issues, I have never come off the phone without my issue being sorted. I wish every customer service team were as pleasant and efficient.

iGPR is very good to help with…
iGPR is very good to help with insurance reports. The software has improved massively in speed and downloads documents etc. very quickly and redacts very quickly now. I can have a report done in about 5/10 minutes now.

The customer service and techs are really helpful, talk you through what's happening step by step and how to resolve it.
