Great furniture, excellent customer service
I ordered a sideboard which was delivered to time and communicated excellently. Unfortunately one piece was damaged. However, on emailing, a new piece was ordered immediately. There was a delay due to this coming from overseas but Impact arranged a delivery as quickly as possibly on request. They were very helpful and the furniture is beautiful. I would not hesitate to use Impact Furniture again

Very disappointed with the quality of this bathroom furniture. I bought it less than a year ago, and it has already deteriorated badly. When I contacted the company to complain, I was told that the furniture is not humidity-resistant or water-resistant, which is extremely disappointing considering it is sold as bathroom furniture.
A bathroom naturally has humidity and exposure to water, so I expected the furniture to be designed to cope with those conditions. The quality is very poor, and I would not recommend this product.

Dear Ala, we are sorry you are disappointed. The unit was delivered on 4 August 2025 and from the photos provided, the damage is concentrated on the side of the vanity positioned very close to the open edge of the freestanding bath, which has no screen or other splash protection.
Bathroom vanity units are moisture-resistant rather than waterproof and, where positioned beside a bath, there would normally be some form of protection from direct splashing such as a shower screen. With an open freestanding bath and shower head that is about 20cm away from the unit, water can be repeatedly splashed onto nearby furniture without a screen or barrier and no limitation.
Repeated or prolonged water exposure can cause swelling if moisture penetrates an edge or joint. Based on the evidence available, we have not been able to establish that the deterioration is due to an inherent manufacturing defect as it did not occur until a year later which would be consistent with effects of use and micro environment on the furniture provided. However, as a goodwill resolution, we have offered a replacement unit at a heavily discounted price.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My brother bought a 8 piece kitchen unit. When everything was assembled we found missing units and pieces. they asked us first to tell them exactly what was missing. We did that. Then they came back with oh the pics were not clear. We took more and provided a detailed explanation using the pictures. In the pictures it was clear that pieces and units were missing. Then they came back this time they accused my brother's contractor in being incompetent and DEMANDED that they speak with his contractors citing the contractors had assembled the pieces incorrectly. We blasted them tell us that they had no legal obligation to talk to my brother's contractor as they were third party and have no privity of contract with them. This believe or not was all coming from their area manager!!! They clearly didn't want to spend the money to send the missing parts and decided instead to torture us all the time with no intent in providing the parts. Now my brother has kitchen that looks like shite and they couldn't give a damn. DO NOT USE THEM. NO customer service and useless!!!!!
We have seen the company's response they have absolutely no evidence to prove all units and pieces were received they could only be 100% certain if they opened up the boxes themselves and they certainly were not there to do so. Also they claim to help us is not true I just received another email from them where they maintained they sent all the units and in their opinion the units were dissembled incorrectly so they offer to help is disingenuous.

Photographic proof of delivery confirms that the complete kitchen was delivered.
From the images it appears that the installer misused components and did not follow the supplied assembly instructions. For example, a side panel intended to form part of a kitchen base cabinet was instead used as a supporting post beneath the worktop, rather than being used to assemble the cabinet as designed.
The kitchen purchased is an 8-unit set supplied in four factory-packed boxes, and the delivery evidence confirms that all four boxes were received. We have not refused to investigate the reported missing components.
During our investigation, the photographs provided showed that a number of components from those boxes had already been assembled. They also showed that some components had not been used as intended in accordance with the supplied assembly instructions.
For this reason, we needed to establish exactly what had been unpacked, assembled and left over following installation before sending additional parts. Asking who carried out the installation, and requesting information from the installer where necessary, was a reasonable and necessary part of that investigation.
Flat-pack kitchens contain numerous panels, fittings and components, and the supplied assembly instructions must be followed carefully. We strongly recommend that customers use a reputable and suitably experienced kitchen installer to avoid problems during assembly and installation.
Where components are reported missing only after all boxes have been opened and the kitchen has been assembled, we must first determine whether those parts were genuinely absent from the delivery, incorrectly used during installation, mixed between units or left aside.
We cannot simply send duplicate components without first establishing what happened to the original parts.
We remain willing to work with the customer to account for the remaining components and resolve any genuine shortage.

I ordered a bed from them and unfortunately my husband mistake was that he didn't took the right measures that i know Is our fault.I call them to explain that when we took everything from the boxes to realize how to put everything together because their instructions are rubish and when we put the Headboard next to the wall to see how long it was we realize that it was to long and the boxes were outside wet because it was raining. I call them and they said is ok tho send back but to be wrapped properly and I have to pay 65(more or less)for the return. I said is ok.When they receive the bed back they said that they everything was damaged and when I ask for proof they send me 2 scratched pieces from everything. Soo they stopped 670£ because the bad came from Poland .But I ordered from B&Q UK not from POLAND and i send 2 emails sayingthat i want the product back and they denniedbecause that bed will be sold to someoneelse.Is my first time that something like happened and I order all the time.I hope that will help others to be really careful from where they order.

We’re very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. As you mentioned in your review, the bed was fully unpacked and the packaging had become wet and damaged due to the rain. While we completely understand that measuring errors can happen, once an item has been unpacked and part assembled, it unfortunately cannot be resold as new.
We did offer to accept the return, but as per our policy, products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund. When the bed arrived back to us, the components were mixed together without protective packaging and several parts were scratched or water damaged, making the product unsellable. I’m sure you would agree that no customer would wish to receive a bed in that condition.
We always aim to be fair and transparent, and we regret that this experience has left you disappointed. Should you wish to discuss this further, please contact our customer service team and we’ll do our best to review the matter again.

Very pleased with the table
We ordered a pedestal dining table, which was delivered the same week. We are delighted with it- stylish, sturdy, good quality and value for money. The extending mechanism works well. It was very well packaged, no damage or missing pieces. Took a little while to assemble, but well worth it, would recommend.

Great products, excellent customer service
Looking for a smaller slim mirrored cabinet to replace an old one, following an en-suite refurbishment this one was perfect ordering and delivery was straightforward. Customer service and warranty also excellent as door replaced due to transit damage despite excellent packaging. Fortunately the warehouse was close by so arranged a swap. Assembly was easy and the finished product feels robust. I recommend Impact Furniture and this cabinet for a smaller space.

Very smart bed, very difficult instructions!
We bought a bed from Impact Furniture and it arrived promptly and looks very smart. However, the instruction manual was terrible - we were going to put it together ourselves (my husband is a craftsman by trade) but it was so complex and poorly explained that we had to pay a carpenter to put it together. Even he struggled! The final product was as shown on the website and we are very pleased with the quality but they could definitely improve the instructions.

INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TABLE PURCHASED. TWO PIECES DAMAGED
Took almost a week for the new pieces to arrive, and I asked for new fixings in case the fixings were not correct. So much drama!!! Impact wanting me to take a picture of this, take a picture of that, then told me to try to put the table together with the fixings I had, now I had the correct instructions. What a waste of time, back and forward. In the end they did not send fixings, I purchased what I needed. I would never use them again. Not solution focused at all.
