Dear Mr Dearlove , we would hate for you to look stupid for not having read the ‘self-assembly’ instructions which are clearly stated on our website and for you having ticked the self-assembly box at checkout of your own free will . We are surprised you did not contact us directly rather than displaying your inattentiveness on Trustpilot where your 1* review is somewhat at odds with our 4.9* rating.
We value all of our clients and would be happy to discuss your issue , starting with how you failed to include engraving which our team then dealt with for you , your subsequent e-mail using defamatory language and demanding a full refund and threatening to post negative comments on social media unless we acquiesced , although this is not a good start for a constructive dialogue we will do our best. Amazing company
Amazing company. All of my order came very quickly in amazing condition and quality. Great communication from them and was given multiple updates. All products were wrapped well to prevent damage AND was also given spare stickers and felt in case it falls off. Couldn't be more pleased with my order, looking forward to ordering from them again.

Primary School Leavers Awards.
The trophies arrived in time and are of expected quality. However, I did find it a little odd that the plaques were not on any of the trophies and we had to stick them on ourselves. This is not something we have had to do in previous years. Not a huge thing, but time consuming all on the same and the reason for my 4 star rating and not 5 stars as in previous years.

Got it wrong but rescued the situation
Managed to send the trophies to the wrong person. When advised trophies had not arrived, they investigated and discovered they'd sent to wrong person. They quickly created and dispatched new versions. Product fine for the price.
