This is the only place I will EVER go for my hair, after struggling for years to find someone who could provide high quality hair AND fit it in a way that cares for my own hair, too.
I have very fine natural hair and I’m very self conscious about it, but Laura and the rest of the staff make me feel so comfortable and at ease when I’m in the salon.
I had my hair for well over a year before I purchased just an extra 50g this week, can’t recommend it enough ✨

Everything about the experience was great. From initial interactions and advice to fitting the extensions and aftercare. I honestly have nothing at all negative to say and I will certainly be a consistent customer!!

Omg from the the moment I walk in the care the staff where just outstanding I have had extensions before but my god the knowledge I had my colour made to match and laura wont put in till happy well I was over the moon the fot the feel I cant see them cant feel them and feel a million dollars and price for what I got outstanding and after care kit is must if they take the time look after them I cant wait for my refit they girls lift your mood a beautiful place to be girls guys get there best for hair anywhere lv you girls salt of earth xxxxx

Wow I am absolutely over the moon with my hair from I’m so pretty, I won’t go anywhere else for hair. I can not recommend Laura enough. Plus I had a lovely head massage from Sadie while getting my hair washed.

Been again to get more extensions and fitted would never go anywere else plus the staff are amazing very helpful thanks girls x

Devastated tbh with this hair , have wore extensions for over 6 years and iv never had hair disintegrate like it. Spent over £650 on hair for it to wither away to nothing within only 4 months , not ideal when maternity leave is within a matter of weeks and I thought these extensions would last me a lot longer giving my the confidence boost I need at this time. Having to chip into my small amount of baby savings for new extensions as there the only thing keeping me from offing myself at times🤣 sorry lol but really thought I was paying for quality with these , very disappointed & heartbroken🥲

Laura made me feel so reassured and was extremely professional when helping me decide which hair extensions I wanted and doing my colour match.
The service was quick and easy and I left the shop feeling completely reassured.

Amy who fitted my new hair was amazing and although I was nervous made me feel so at ease.
Once my fitting was complete I felt amazing and absolutely adore my new hair.

Never received parcel

writing this review as a 16-year-old girl who has extensions this is my fourth time having them and my first time buying from I’m so pretty I never write reviews. This is my first ever one but hoping I can help someone else like I wish I would’ve had.

i was obsessed with this hair when it came was so excited to get it had a negative experience at the beginning as it said next day delivery and took around three weeks to come apparently they ran out of stock and had to re-order some that’s why there was a wait however I receive no message to inform me of that I had to reach out myself.

I’ve had the hair for three months now almost 4 and I’ve had such a negative experience. It definitely is not 100% human hair. It feels synthetic at the beginning. It was so long. I got 22 inch and after four months I’d say it’s now 18 inch. i’m extremely disappointed as I did a lot of research around the brand and thought I chosen one that would last me a while and now I’m currently already looking at buying some new ones.

i’ve invested in sulphate and silicon free shampoo and conditioner are use an expensive high-end one to ensure my extensions are healthy. I use the correct after-care steps especially the ones I got in my package with. I’m so pretty where it gives you guidance on how to treat the hair and I’ve still not received a good result and I’m not satisfied with the hair. It gets really knotty it’s hard to dry and so naughty and hard to brush through when it’s wet so much shedding.

 concluding I just really wouldn’t recommend.

I have been coming to Laura for my hair now for over a year. I travel over 2 hours every 6 weeks for my refit and i would travel 20 hours if i had to! The customer service here is 10/10, Laura and the team and so welcoming every time i visit, nothing is too much for them. I’ve had the hair now for over a year and it is still brand new, the quality is next level. Zoe is always so accomodating and friendly when i’m in the store and they always go above and beyond for me.
I leave the store after every visit feelings like a queen with hair goals!!
I would 100% reccomend visiting Im so pretty, you will not be disappointed. The condition of my hair since having my hair fitted here is unreal, my hair is so thick and healthy and grows out perfect.
