We are regular customers at this location but today's drive thru visit was just terrible. Our order was inaccurate, got an extra large coke which was flat and didn't get the correct condiments that I requested and our fries were cold. Very Unsatisfied customer

First off I think you're expecting more than what it is it's hype In-N-Out Burger my mom always love going out and I didn't I loved her I've never liked greasy burgers and Fries aren't anything special very greasy too but then again everybody is entitled to their opinion go there eat there food I'm basically formulate your own opinion but for me it doesn't do it for me

This was the best burger of my life. Chic-fil-a is still good but this burger, was the greatest experience of my life. If ANYBODY doesn’t like this burger… they will pay.

In-N-Out has only three kinds of burgers, fries and a bunch of drinks on offer. So it's really quick to order. The burgers are juicy, the fries are made fresh in house, you can see them push potatoes through a fry maker. The downside is that the restaurants are so successful that wait times can be long, especially on drive-up. I usually go inside and wait there, even if I take away.

I have been a fan of In n Out Burger for over 60 years. I love the fact we are eating fresh beef! They have a very limited menu but for over 60 years, it has always been a fantastic hamburger with the consistent quality making it my favorite "go to" burger spot.

Love Love Love in-n-out. The best burgers in the US by far. Juicy, tasty and affordable! Used to be a regular at Modesto on Pelandale until I moved to NYC. I'd wait hours just to get a double double :-P Please please please expand to NYC!!

This burger joint has helped me through life struggles. It has never let me down. Burgers are always fresh and tasty. Definitely recommended!

I ordered a cheesburger without veggies, and they put small cubes of onions on my burger. No wonder why I hit something crunchy... They also don't have enough things on their menu. And why are people liking this?! My mom says it tastes poor.

Every time I go to an In and Out Restaurant, the service has always been outstanding, I have never had to reorder because something was missed or what was in the bag was not what I ordered.

FYI, I used to work at the store in Covina, on Arrow Hwy., back in the 60's.

I had a small issue with a meal I ordered at one of their restaurants, so I left a message for them with my comments. I received a phone call the SAME DAY from IN-N-Out Customer Service, they asked questions and resolved the issue immediately. You can't reach most companies these days no matter how long you are willling to wait, but to hear the same day (a Saturday no less!!) is unbelievable. I was already a fan, but I'm even a bigger fan now. Way to go In-N-Out!!!

Best burger joint in the world. I don't see anyone walking around with McDonalds or Burger King tshirts, but I see in n out tshirts everywhere.
