I needed copies of the MCS and DNO approvals for the existing solar installation on the property I've just bought. In2gr8ted Solutions provided these within 24 hours - excellent response.

Prompt and efficient installation of additional batteries to my existing system. No hesitation in recommending them for solar panel and battery installations.

You'll find my original review dated the 4th June 2024. Over a year has gone by since we had our panels and battery installed and I love looking at how much we have generated every day. With the sunnier weather this spring it's been great. I wanted to update my original review but I can't see any way to do that so thought I'd just add another. I am so glad that I found this company. They gave me exactly what I wanted and I have had no issues since the install was completed. We had this done as part of a major refurb and it's the one part of the build that I feel I got completely right. I'd have no hesitation in going back to this company for more panels if I had room for them !

Great company to use, Paul explained all the options with no hard sell, the turnaround time of signing up and installing was quick and accomodating to a date suitable to me.
Very friendly installers came and stuck it out till late in the day to get the majority done on day 1. Really helpful in explaining the app for the battery etc to my mrs.
Only piece of feedback I have is they left everything really tidy but did leave a large pile of packaging that I will have to take to the tip.

Great company, second time we have used them. They originally installed our solar panels over 12 years ago, we decided to upgrade to new panels and get batteries at the same time.

All fitted and a neat finish

After a lengthy delay in recognising that our Gateway box was faulty, the service men arrived and carried out a good job. One thing for customers to be aware of when solar batteries are fitted, is that although components are guaranteed the fitting company (in this case, In2gr8ed Solutions), does not get compensated for travelling to the home. Therefore, we had to wait until the engineer was in our area. It also involved many phone calls to Enphase (the battery suppliers) to get them to reset everything from their end so that everything worked properly. All on all, the replacement (made necessary by a power outage during Storm Eowyn) took some 6 weeks to resolve, during which we could not store any energy from the grid or our solar panels.
UPDATE TO PRELIMINARY REVIEW in response to In2gr8ted Solutions reply:
The business seems to think my review is unfair, so I will add more detail, as there are some misrepresentations in their response.
1. The review is still 4 stars because the engineers’ actual work was fine.
2. It wasn’t the engineer who discovered the faulty Gateway on his first visit. This was already determined after a number of calls to Enphase and to In2gr8ted Solutions after carrying out extensive troubleshooting. The engineer was supposed to bring a new Gateway with him but was told by the MD that it needed to be investigated further before replacing it. This delayed things further.
3. It’s true that the manufacturer took a while to send the Gateway through, but this highlights the problem I mentioned in the review, namely that there’s a pass-the-buck system operating between manufacturer and installer that goes on. Customers need to be aware of this if things go wrong.
4. Int2gr8ted Solutions say, ‘engineers remained on site talking to Enphase until everything worked correctly’. This is partly true in that the Gateway was initialised, but the battery was still not communicating directly with the Gateway, which we discovered after the engineer had left via the Enphase app. We had to resolve this ourselves with Enphase. Again, this took considerable time and call-backs to achieve (dealing with Enphase operatives is a whole other story).
5. Int2gr8ted Solutions say, ‘we at no time have received any monies from the manufacturer in order to pay our engineers for two visits made to yourself.’ This is not the customer’s problem. We were told upon purchase that the battery system was guaranteed and were reassured by their salesperson that it was worth paying a greater amount for installation than competitors because In2gr8ted Solutions were ‘on our doorstep’ and could respond more quickly to any problems because they were a British firm.
6. In view of the previous five points, I think that 4 stars is a reasonable rating given that matters were not straightforward and resulted in a 6 week hiatus on our battery storage capability.

Clear and honest pricing. Installation was smooth and done really well.

Really pleased with the 12x Solar Panels installed by In2gr8ted Solutions. Mark was very knowledgeable during the sales process and was not pushy at all. The installation team were on time, clean and tidy and Julie provided clear communication from the office.

Quick service, there was a slight problem with our installation because we were adding more panels to an existing set of panels but the team worked out the problem and did an excellent job

Installers Paul and Scott were very good and accommodated my specific requests about battery position in the garage (space was tight to be able to get the car in as well). Install wasn't completely straight forward but they stayed until absolutely finished at 18:40. This morning the enphase app has updated and reconfigured to include the new panel array, batteries and gateway, all components are working as expected. Rating would have been 5-stars aside from 2 small things. I wasn't communicated with regards scaffolding install date (if I didn't happen to be in on the day i would have likely lost access to the garage due to intended placement of scaffolding upright). Also the second battery had to be sent separately as only one had been initially loaded on the van.

The company tool immediately responsibility for getting to the root of the problem, provided a checklist of things to work though, one of which proved the solution.

Excellent, both the lads had personality, we had a great laugh, they were helpful when questions were asked, I felt perfectly safe as I was one my own with the lads,they were as clean in there work as best they could, I'd highly recommend this company as these lads

Everything was beautifully and thoroughly done and then, finally, the 2 of them spent extra time trying to sort out the App I needed and they even took a photo of the inside of the loft so that I don't have to struggle up there - my kids can at some point do that! I would thoroughly recommend this firm and these 2 men.

In2gr8ted Solutions were one of the few to take on what was a challenging job after larger operators and other experienced companies rejected to quote due to our roof having slate tiles and a multi-aspect roof. Despite the challenges the experienced installers finished the job in good time and to a high degree of workmanship. The cherry on the cake was that they are one of the few installers that also registered for our export MPAN with the DNO on our behalf, (much to the surprise of our energy supplier) so we had our export tariff set up just over 2 weeks after install. Easy to deal with and good communication at all times.

Fitter arrived on time and politely got on with fitting the batteries without any fuss. He tidied up afterwards and checked that everything looked to be OK. In response to a question about properly integrating our solar installation with the batteries he pointed out what had not been done by our original installer. I'm looking forward to a quote for getting this rectified.

Excellent service by all the team . The boys Harry and Dan worked through heavy rain all day. Really friendly and helpful.
