I have been very happy with my solar PV system installed by In2gr8ted 2 years ago.
When the inverter failed recently In2gr8ted liased with Givenergy to ensure that the new inverter was fitted promptly. I added another battery to the system at the same time which was installed by an In2gr8ted engineer. The end result was very tidy and professional.

This is the second house I have had solar panels put up by in2gr8ted. Both times they were helpful, knowledgeable, timely and reasonably priced. 2 days in and no electricity taken from the grid. 😊

Extremely helpful and no pressure during the sales process to get the solution that I wanted. Quick turn around on dealing with the DNO process and getting an installation date very soon after signing the contract. The installation guys Paul & Scott were very friendly, neat & tidy and did an excellent job all in - couldn't ask for better. There was a slight teething issue with the battery setup, but this was sorted next day without any fuss and the system is operating brilliantly.

Took a little longer than expected, but the work people were friendly and flexible.

We have taken on ownership of an existing solar array with a house purchase but did not receive all the appropriate paperwork from the property seller. I would highly recommend this company. Paul was excellent, he explained everything we needed to know about about the solar panels. The team who fitted the panels were great and very professional, and cleaned up afterwards. It only took 1 day to install 12 panels. Great job

I had solar panels installed in 2016 and batteries installed in 2023. Both were fitted professionally and promptly. Both Paul and Julie at the office were very helpful and any queries were solved quickly. Job well done.

Really impressed. Sales pressure minimal. Lads turned up and got on with it. No issues a month later.

No issues, no concerns at time of fitting.
However had a couple of little issues with paperwork, BUT the after sales service was fantastic, even for queries a couple of years after fitting, very prompt responses and exactly what I needed after I had originally misplaced my copies.

Excellent service. The two installation engineers turned up on the day promised and within 24 hours the solar panel, inverter and battery storage system was installed, fully functional and operation explained. The weather was terrible. A big thanks for a job well done

In a market where clearly there are more salespeople than experts I found In2gr8ted to be a refreshing change. They helped develop a competitively priced project proposal that is delivering on it's projections and their follow up service support has been first class.
