I got 6 creators, and removed one, but still got charged that month for the removed one, their rates for under $500 is terrible, paying $40 per creator, maybe I feel it's so bad because I'm using it since 2023-24 that had $15 per creator not $40, their pricing goes depending of the earnings you making per creator, that's why I mentioned $500 for those who don't know, there are many alternatives with more affordable and same experience, I left because even with support they still charged me for the removed one, they prefer to lose a customer over fixing the invoice, but that worked very well for me because now I found an even better one, so affordable, and much better support that willing to help for real. They got popular only because of partnership with one specific OFM agency/group which I'll not disclose, whoever knows infloww, knows them as well

I worked for an agency which used the Infloww app for managing OnlyFans pages. This app works fully the same as the popular OnlyMonster Browser, and they are stealing a lot of features from OM. Also, this app has SO ANNOYING optimization! My brand-new MacBook Pro on the M5 chip lost almost 10% (!!!!) of battery capacity during 3 (!) months. Developers are doing NOTHING to optimize their software. It causes overheating of devices, which causes loss of battery capacity. And you have no choice— it’s the only software that gives you for work. I have contacted support about compensation for battery replacement, but support is fully unprofessional and full of liars. They refused me for compensation.

I’ve paid for and used MANY services over the years, and unfortunately my experience with Infloww has been one of the worst in terms of customer support.

My issue related to unused credits on an account. I asked whether credits could be transferred from one account to another, and I was told via live chat that this was not possible. I checked the Terms of Service where I found nothing stating that credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

I discussed the issue at length over live chat and was eventually told someone would get back to me. Almost a month later, after I had already paid my final invoice, I received a live chat message saying the credits could be transferred if I emailed them. The chat was then closed, so I was unable to continue the discussion in that same thread.

As a result of this experience, I was unable to use those credits toward my final invoice. I am now left with a large amount of unused credits which, will remain unused and be forfeited to Infloww because they don't issue refunds. Like the other review, my experience with this was the same.

Terrible experience with this company which produces a software plugin for well known content sites.

I emailed technical support from the same email address used to register with their application. They said I wasn't emailing from the correct email address because they didn't understand that Dots don't matter in gmail addresses. - the address I'd used at registration left the dots out.

After repeatedly trying to explain but getting nowhere, I said I had enough and didn't want to persist with the subscription and asked for a refund.

They've consistently refused to refund the payment I made for the first months subscription, instead incorrectly citing their terms and labelling that subscription payment a "deposit"

They seem to be under the impression they can hold customers funds for 6 months in case they rejoin, and then keep the money if customers don't rejoin.

Looking forward to filing a chargeback dispute ASAP.
