Ink Experts Reviews

Ink experts have been the best company I’ve ever dealt with, I ordered my sublimation bundle which arrived super quick but then had some issues with items I heat pressed coming out very faded, Alex spent a week going back and forth emailing me trying to sort the issue out with me, starting from the printer settings to then finding out the heat press needed recalibrating. He also sent me a thermometer for free which turned up the next morning so I could check the temperature of the heat press and recalibrate it myself. It is all sorted now and everything is working perfectly, I honestly can’t recommend ink experts enough, I will definitely be buying from here again. Again thank you so much to Alex who done everything he could to help me, he went above and beyond and I appreciate the help :)

Ordered a full DTF kit on Thursday afternoon.... was up and running Friday night. Super quick delivery and everything as expected. This is not the fist time I have used Ink Experts and always receive great customer service.

This printer is great, a really good package and delivered super quick, I will return for supplies.

The absolute best customer service i have ever encountered. Had an issue and received quick responses and resolution, always happy to help and kept me upto date with the progress throughout. This will be my go to company every time.

I've always purchased from Ink Experts from the printer to the ink and their products are always great! Alex was and has always been very helpful with very keep responses through email. He walked me through unclogging my machine, even sent me the fluid FOC which I thought was very kind of him! I definitely recommend buying from this company if you plan on sublimating for your business or even a hobby.

Thank you Alex for your in depth help:)

I went to the unit to collect my order and whilst there I asked a few questions and the man spent time to help, really appreciated. Thank you
