Very helpful staff
I ordered the wrong size paper and requested to return it and replace with the correct size. The company contacted me as the product I wanted was out of stock so it was agreed I would take an alternative product and pay the additional cost. The staff member was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Slow delivery
Have used you before and been very happy. However this time i ordered ink and I think I requested first class delivery. This is now the 6th day after it was ordered and it has not arrived. And it was really needed for a financial issue requiring a hard copy. Very disappointing and I really hope it is here tomorrow although I will have to buy elsewhere today. I appreciate it may be the fault of Royal Mail but at the very least you may wish to advise possible customers of issues or complaints of this.

First class, you speak to a very helpful HUMAN no robotic voice asking you to press buttons! I asked for my order to be dispatched after my holiday dates and this was delivered on the date I requested. I have used this company twice now and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Your request will be dealt with in a professional manner
The girl I spoke to listened to me made contact with others in the system returned to me with a specific date when I would receive the ink I was looking for urgently. The item arrived exactly when she said it would.
What more do you want. Perfect response to me.
