We were put in touch with this company via the AA , our insurer, after a bump in our car. Communication throughout with this company was excellent. They listened carefully to check what was needed and messaged us regularly to update on the stage of the repairs. They also followed up after the repairs to check we were happy with the work. Work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Very pleased.

Excellent repairs completed to my car. Kept me in informed of how the repairs were going when ordering new parts. The car was picked up on time but when repairs completed said that they couldn’t deliver until the next week because of no driver. So had to collect myself.

The car was left with IRG in order to get a replacement central locking key. They went a little overboard with the messages but we felt the work took a bit longer than anticipated (15 days). Staff were very pleasant.

IRG stands for Innovative Run Group, they put the runs in your paint, messed up paint job twice now still fighting it out 9 months down the line with the insurance.

Amazing service. Truck was dropped off, as soon as the part appeared from the distributor they cracked on and got the truck repaired the same day. They even washed and vacuumed!!! Highly recommended.

My car was picked up and returned at the dates agreed and I was kept fully informed of the progress of the repairs. As a bonus, my very grubby car was cleaned. I was very pleased with the service provided.
