Good and genuine quality product by the company. They delivered the bed in time

I buy a dinning table from them in good discounted price. Also my furniture delivered on time, as aspected. The quality is really amazing and design is perfect.

I recently purchased a king-size bed for my son from saraf furniture. the price of the bed was affordable so I didn't expect much quality but it is really good the quality of the material used was nice Really happy with them

I bought a dining table set from here last month as I wanted it for so long. So I was taking reviews from many of my knowns about some furniture shops where I can get an affordable and good quality product. Many of my friends suggested to me about saraf only so I tried for the very 1st time to buy anything from saraf it seems nice the quality was really good and they delivered this on the desired time only really happy with them.

I purchased a sofa set for my home and got a good discount from them. Also staff is so polite & professional. They solve my query so easily.

I recieved a defective product after 8 weeks of placing the order.

The headboard was damaged. I reported it on the same day (now over 4 weeks ago). The support staff didn't reply for 10 days. I finally called the CEO and he said it will be looked into. Got a generic template email right away and then no answer thereafter. Now it's been over 5 weeks and the staff doesn't give a crap.

I would say only buy READY products available. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FOR TO-BE-MADE. I ordered wooden sofa bed on a condition that it needs to be delivered in 1 month. During the purchase process, they actively picked up calls, replied to messages and answered emails. During the 1 month period I contacted them twice to get a status update ( after reading so many messages here) and was assured everything is on time.
4 days before the delivery date, I connected with them again, after innumerable calls, whatsapp messages - I finally received message that production team is asking for additional 15 days.

- They cannot deliver what they promise
- They will not update you the status
- They will not contact you incase of delays/ hiccup ( in my case, I would have ordered something else and still managed to stick to my schedule)

In short, do not go by there number of stores across India website - they forget customers after taking orders.

Worst experience of my life. I've ordered furniture from many online platforms, but insaraf is the worst ever. They are good at harassing customers. I was promised the delivery of the product on 15th dec. Today on the 30th of dec there is no update about the delivery. The call center representatives are the so bad at their job, that it is best not to waste your time on them. Emails to the company seem to be a deadend as they hardly reply. Most replies are automated. After paying 100% amount, I regret ever coming across this company. Raghunandan Saraf is a fraud. Hope this company winds up its business really soon. My advice to people, don't ever buy feom them. It is a scam

Worst experience ever had with any company..saraf group is liar.
They take 100% advance and never deliver your item..we have placed order on 11 october 2019.still on 29 November they haven't delivered our item and always make false promises.
Dont risk your money and valuable time.
Better purchase from your local made shops who can atleast give you product.

From many days, I was searching for furniture for my newly innovated home. Then one of friend told me about saraf furniture. I could not believe that any online furniture company will provide quality furniture at affordable price. But when I purchased a product from them, I had to believe it. I got fantastic designed sofa set and chairs along with superb quality wooden. And delivery team was very polite and dedicated. Thanks saraf furniture

The bed I ordered, with hydraulic storage, not only did not come with storage but the bed sent was a poor imatation of the one in the picture and wood had many defects/wasn’t seasoned properly. Delivery was also significantly late. The installation team didn’t install the bed correctly and the canopy beams fell injuring my husband in his sleep.

When the outsourced service man came, he claimed the stain sent to cover where the wood was not properly seasoned was the wrong color and he took it and many of the screws needed for proper assembly of the bed. He remarked that the quality was poor and I could have had the same bed made in better quality for half the price. Why might he have said this? Well part of the repairs he did was apply wood cement to fill gaps where the beams did not connect fully to the posts because the clowns running this place cannot even cut two pieces of wood to the same length.

Very poor quality products and customer service.

My dining set broke and came apart in just 3 months. Spending so much money is not worth.

I am planning to approach customer consumer Court as after multiple follow-ups also they are not resolving my issues.

Never shop from them. Else get ready to loose your money
