It was excellent. Great staff, amazing food, good company and it returned huge confidence to my mother. It was priceless.

Such a dedicated and professional team looked after us and the food was stunning (just like last year) - too delicious to believe it was also good for us.
The hotel is also lovely and elegant and the local staff were friendly and welcoming. In normal circumstances it would have been comfortable during the day but the weather was unseasonably cold and rainy. Nights are always chilly so the large wood fires that were lit every night were most welcome.
There are some practical things that could have been done to stop the unpleasant drafts in the dining room. I will send an email with my suggestion.

This was my third In:Spa - but the first for 13 years. The team were wonderful (as they have been on previous In:Spas). There was a lot of laughter, some tears (mine - just frustration, immediately comforted and encouraged by a member of the team), hard work, camaraderie. I was easily the fattest person there and one of the least fit, and everything was tailored with easier options. There was a lot of encouragement so I was always working to my maximum, which is all you need to do. So I'd encourage people who are worried that they're too out-of-shape to try one of these to book immediately! The only reason for four stars not five is that I'd forgotten how much I don't get on with yoga, and I was a bit disappointed that yoga crept into some of the fitness sessions as well. But that's just a personal taste.

This was my first retreat with you, and it surpassed my expectations: very experienced leadership, yoga and fitness team, interesting fellow guests, delicious meals. Early nights, good long sleeps, enthusiasm from both the team and the guests. Beautiful garden.

My week with in:spa in Marrakesh was everything I had hoped for — a true kickstart to healthier eating, regular exercise and a more balanced routine. I came home full of energy, and I’m happy to say I’m still keeping it up. Thank you so much to the entire in:spa team for creating such a supportive, inspiring and uplifting experience. It was exactly what I needed 🙏😍

If you want the perfect balance between health and fitness and a holiday an Inspa retreat is your answer. From the moment you book until you get home the attention to detail is perfect. Highly recommended

Totally joyous retreat. The perfect balance of exercise, and relaxation whilst being nourished with delicious food in a beautiful venue. Would highly recommend.

The team were all superb - friendly, encouraging and brilliant to spend time with at the same time as being super professional. The venue is glorious, and I am definitely inspired to carry on with the good habits that the team reinforced over the week. Plus the food is soooo delicious that you completely forget you are not eating all those things that you know are not good for you!

Amazing experience - the team of Chris, Eifa ( amazing chef ) Antonio Heather and Alli and Jo were absolutely incredible and each one of them was amazing at what they did and then socialising also with the group . The whole week was magical and I can honestly say over and above what I expected. Roll on for next year !

Transformative!

Right from the start of the booking process the attention to detail was excellent. Information about detoxing, what to pack and organising a taxi from the airport was spot on. The team of professionals that looked after us were totally fantastic and adapted their training methods to suit each individual.

I would like to add the email which I received from Kathryn. Not only has she included personal information about herself, which is very unprofessional (I have now removed this) she has again ignored the fact that I did have insurance but it was not valid because my Father had Leukaemia. My original message is totally honest and I know that I would never have heard from Kathryn again, had I not posted about my disappointment. I have informed Kathryn that I would never wish to attend another inspa retreat, under any circumstances.

I can respond online of course to the review. But I would prefer this is not an undignified public debate. I know you have a grievance with us for not offering another retreat, at a separate additional second cost to us, but we still claim it is for your insurance policy to refund you – and if you don’t have insurance in place, then it is not for us to fund a second holiday.

I have said I will offer you another retreat at a very reduced (cost ) price which we can discuss.

I would prefer for us to discuss between us and settle on a date that will work for you. Could you bring a friend with you and we charge just for a friend with you coming at a highly reduced rate in the same room? I am willing to work out something to come towards you as I have said,

The retreat cost £3000, the transfers cost £90. I have no idea how this comes to the £5700 you put online.

I’ll not respond online until the end of the day, but will do tomorrow morning.

Really enjoyed my first In-spa retreat in Morocco. The team (Chris, Heather, Tara, Jo, Aoife and Ali) made it an amazing experience, filled with a great variety of work outs, delicious meals and wonderful massages! Highly recommend!!

Great week in Marrakech with the team - Chris, Heather, Tara, Jo and Alli. Location was stunning, excellent variety built in to each day to allow you to select the right activities. Special mention to Chef Aoife - food was amazing all week! Would highly recommend.

My first Marrakech retreat with InSpa will hopefully not be my last. I could envision attending once each year for my healthy reset. The entire team was fabulous, the food delicious and the workouts/yoga challenging. Our host, Chris kept us laughing, working hard and inspired to keep going. The two hikes allowed us to enjoy the local scenery of the Atlas Mountains and countryside as well as a glimpse into the surrounding villages. Thank you InSpa for a well organized and executed retreat. I can’t wait to return.

Just back from a fabulous in-spa retreat in Morocco. If you are tempted, I would definitely go as it exceeded all my expectations. The instructors were brilliant, the masseuse was amazing and the food was exceptional. Came back feeling rejuvenated.
