So i got my girlfriends friend to have a test and she was shocked i got a £80-£100 bottle of spray for the small price of £25 (100cl) she said it smells like the real thing and then she realised she had been spening to mich on her sprays now she shops here 😁 good job keep up the good work 10/10

Very happy with my order! I got the 4 10ml bottles for £36 deal and bought myself the Coco Mademoiselle and Aventus for her and my husband Aventus and Bleu de Chanel. They all smell incredible and just like the originals. I wore the Mademoiselle yesterday and it was a good 4/5 hours before the scent began to fade. They were nicely presented and packaged for delivery too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. They are very rude and abrupt and always refer to their FAQ's as if they are terms and conditions. You are not obliged to read through 1000 pages of information about the way your company works before placing an order. You should at least let customers know that there is NO WAY OF CANCELLING AN ORDER Once It Has Been Placed!!

Since I’m aware that this is a sister company of The Essence Vault, I bought two sets of 3x100ml (with BOGOF each set) and the shipping is excellent. Received the items within 2 days of ordering and arrived packed with lots of bubble wraps. My first order came but I wasn’t happy with the Red Knight (Baccarat Rouge 540) as I can’t smell anything off it. I use TEV’s 461 and that has a very sweet scent so I know they’re not the same. I messaged customer service and I had to return the bottle and it was replaced. With my second order, another bottle arrived leaking but was sorted by customer service.

All in all, I am happy with this company and their customer service is commendable. I would definitely order again, hopefully they will revert back to the original oil supplier so the Baccarat Rouge 540 scent will resurface. I get compliments all the time I use that perfume but the Red Knight perfume doesn’t smell quite like it.
