Genuinely first class experience from order to delivery! Delay in manufacture/delivery from the Louis Poulsen side but I was kept updated regularly and I never had to chase for information. When the lamp finally arrived in the UK it was shipped next day, well wrapped and arrived safely. Couldn't have asked for more in terms of communication and over all experience! Purchase with confidence.

Bought an Artemide lamp which was defective and replacements took months to arrive (due to production delays that were not controllable by I.L.) - Carol from Inspyr has been helping me throughout. Amazing customer service, offered alternatives due to the long wait

Great communication regarding delivery date and packaging/shipping method. Having received an expensive light fitting from another supplier that arrived damaged and not easy to assemble, then having had problems getting a refund, this was a breath of fresh air!.

We had a small packaging error (we were sent two pendants and no rod/chain to hang them) but Carol helped us address this issue very promptly and politely. 5 stars for customer service! Will definitely order again.

I don't normally bother to write reviews but so many of the on line lighting shops are frankly either dodgy or terrible about communication. So I was quite worried about ordering from a shop I hadn't actually visited. Well nothing to worry about here. Inspyer were extremely efficient and contacted me immediately with delivery timings and I have received both lights now. I would highly recommend them and will definitely shop there again.

I had a disappointing experience with the return policy service. The representative simply directed me to read the FAQ, without offering any further assistance. The cost of returning the lamp will be incurred by me, which is quite disheartening. Heals offers a better return policy.

We ordered 10 lights (of 3 different types) from Inspyer. They were delivered in 3 batches as each became available (which was about the lead times stated at the time of booking), and packed well. The price was great and didn't have to worry about customs. They were quick to respond when contacted.

I bought a Marset Cala Floor Lamp from Inspyer Lighting because they had the best price anywhere. The delivery took longer than originally stated (Christmas got in the way) but Lois kept me updated throughout. I’m very happy with my lamp and the service I received and recommend them to anyone. Fantastic company to order from. I ordered a Lamp Gras wall light which I then had to exchange as it didn't quite fit in the space for which it was intended. They were so quick to respond to emails and issue a refund. The replacement arrived sooner than expected and several weeks before other suppliers could deliver. Their pricing is also very competitive. Highly recommend and will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a Flos IC1 floor lamp at the beginning of the week and had it four days later ! Didnt expect it to be delivered so quickly. Perfect service. Also a very competitive price . Very impressed ! Will order from this company again .

I emailed Inspyer after ordering 2 lights for my bathroom and had failed to see on the website that there was 6-8 weeks lead time.
After contacting, Adrian promptly messaged back and I told him that I would need to cancel due to them being taken abroad the following week. He contacted his suppliers, and by Tuesday I had received my beautiful lights. I can’t fault the service from this company. They certainly went the extra mile for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend..
