I ordered the IL State Law Study Guide on 3/01/26. I received an email order confirmation with notice that the download would be sent "shortly". 3/07/26 I emailed customer support to inform that I did not receive the guide. Went back and forth with emails to customer support team (not sure if this is a real person or bot) on daily basis to notify of non-receipt and was getting no resolution. Typical "canned" email responses. I went to the website and requested a call back and never got a call. I received an email on 3/11/26 with a link to the study guide, but the link did not work.
The most frustrating experience. If you are relying on this material for an upcoming exam don't waste your time on this unreliable service!!

My work signed me up for Insurance Exam Queen. I am glad they did.
Melissa is very thorough. She goes over everything in detail and gives excellent examples. Her documents she uploads that can be printed are excellent resources.
I passed the state exam on the first try, as she almost guarantees her videos will help you do. I say 'almost' guarantees because the student has to put in the work and the study time. I think without Insurance Exam Queen, I would not have passed the exam the first try.
While Melissa cannot provide a state law and regulations practice exam since every state is different, her study guide for the state laws and regulations is fantastic.
Highly recommend insurance exam queen.

I passed my insurance license exam because of The Insurance Queen. She broke everything down and only understood everything because she's a colorful, wonderful teacher.

I am giving an honest 4-star review about the Insurance Exam Queen course material.

I would have given a 5 star review if an unreasonable amount of Melissa's, the insurance exam queen, if the audio recordings weren't so badly recorded.

I will admit that the content is pretty helpful, but the audio is very nerve-racking. She truly needs to hire an audio editor to fix this issue and invest in a good microphone because the one she uses isn't working properly, especially when she's moving around.

The money she charges for her training will definitely justify the cost and prevent learning distractions that can be easily avoided. To fully clarify the mic issue, it primarily happens when she's moving around, not so much when she is not.

I good desk microphone will fix this issue immediately.

Why does her audio annoy me so much?

When I'm taking a shower, bath, cooking, driving, walking in the park, I can not hear some of the important parts of the content she's going over because it tends get very choppy or extremely low.

Other than the unprofessional audio, her content is great. By itself is 5 stars hands down.

Melissa, please get a better mic so that you can service your students better.

In spite of that, I highly recommend her courses.
