My experience with IntelliZoom has been extremely disappointing.

I was a contributor for almost 3 years and completed close to 400 studies. During that time, I always participated from the UK, where I permanently live, and I never had any quality issues with my submissions.

My account was eventually flagged because of VPN detection. The problem is that I have consistently explained that I never used a VPN while completing any study on the platform. I occasionally use a VPN for completely unrelated personal reasons, such as privacy, security or streaming. Those are legitimate uses that millions of people have every day.

There is a fundamental difference between using a VPN and using a VPN while testing. However, throughout my conversations with support, I repeatedly stated that I never performed any tests on IntelliZoom while my VPN was active, yet I felt that this distinction was ignored.

I even offered to provide evidence that I permanently live in the UK and only leave the country for holidays. Nobody asked for any proof or attempted to verify my explanation. Instead, I received generic replies stating that their systems had detected an issue and that the decision was final.

Do you genuinely believe that I would interrupt my holiday, sit on a beach abroad, connect through a VPN, and spend my time completing $1 studies?

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of investigation. My account history, almost 400 completed studies, and nearly three years of participation seemed to count for nothing. The assumption appeared to be that their detection system could not possibly be wrong.

To make matters worse, payments for completed studies were cancelled on two separate occasions. From my perspective, I spent time completing genuine work that was later left unpaid.

I'm not claiming that companies shouldn't protect themselves against fraud—they absolutely should. However, genuine contributors also deserve a fair investigation when they consistently deny wrongdoing and offer to verify their identity and location.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I hope this review encourages the company to improve its review process and recognise that contributors should not have to choose between using a VPN for legitimate personal reasons and being an IntelliZoom tester.

The important issue is whether a VPN is used while participating in studies, not whether someone uses one at all.

After the way this matter has been handled, I have no interest in using this platform again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others.

While I love the premise of this platform, it seems that as of recent, customers are now allowed to reject user tests without specifying reasons and the support team refuses to provide any reason or any support to dispute these rejections. It's been happening more and more to tests that I spent lots of time on and am completely confident in the quality of.

It used to be good, but now it's poor pay, $1 for a 15 minute survey.

Très Peu de test pas au point quand on est sélectionné finalement on peut pas faire le test, ca c'est énervant , bloquez au moins les questions préliminaires si vous avez toutes les réponses

Cela fait 1 ans que j'ai du migrer de testapic vers user testing et intellizoom, User testing j'ai gagné plus de 5000$ intellizom peut etre 20 ou 30$

Passez votre chemin ne perdez pas de temps avec eux

Je pense la meilleure chose à faire pour améliorer, il faut premièrement passé aux médias et faire des publicités pour que cette entreprise progresse.

Really miss the old intellizoom because previously it's working by their own so I get decent amount of surveys with good payout. But now they collaborate with User Testing and because of that I don't even get any single survey invitation.

Buena mejor no puede ser

Me dijeron que no me iban a mandar encuestas porque mi usuario incumplía los términos de servicio, sin darme más explicaciones.

Me apunte hará 1 mes y medio , rellene todos los datos al registrame , hice la prueba de cam y pasé esa "prueba" . Hice como 4 encuestas , de las cuales si me han pagado, te llega el pago entre 15 a 21 días al paypal , pero es cierto que las 2 primeras semanas me llegaba varias encuestas ( aunque algunas no era el perfil) ,pero ahora llevo una semana que no me ha llegado ni una encuesta . Y una cosa muy buena es que pagan bien por encuesta unos 8 euros así que si recomiendo apuntarse aunque luego dejen de enviarte encuentas ,

I've been doing these for years now. Last week I did one and as soon as I had done, it gave me a message telling me that the survey was full and they didn't need my input. I had already done it, so I emailed them, (they had recorded my screen when I did it). They told me that they had no record of doing it. I'm not impressed that they have taken my time for nothing, they are getting paid and it seems they are keeping the money instead of paying. How can they have no record, if they recorded my screen? Customer service is not good at all! I'm sure they will next day they have no record of my contacting them either about it!

Meiner Erfahrung nach echt super! Ich habe in den letzten 2 Jahren an sehr vielen Studien teilgenommen und bin begeistert. Meistens geht es sogar schneller als angegeben und ich habe bisher nur eine abgelehnte Studie gehabt. Das Geld kommt zuverlässig und in letzter Zeit auch ziemlich schnell. Kann ich absolut empfehlen. Wenig Aufwand, zum Teil ganz interessante Studien und faire und zuverlässige Bezahlung. Ein nettes Taschengeld. Top!

Vraiment dommage... Sur l'ancienne plateforme, on avait plus facilement accès aux tests, là aussitôt que j'ai la notification, le test est déjà terminé ! C'est absurde !! De plus j'avais de l'argent que je n'ai jamais pu récupérer...

They kick you off without any valid reason.If we request the reason for kick off , I think it's a general format where they send it to all.

1er test fin avril 2024.
J'ai fait des tests sur ce site pendant 3 mois.

Tout se passait de manière excellente:
- des tests intéressants et bien rémunérés (5€), que je renseigne avec soins
- les paiements dans les 10 jours suivant le test, génial et impeccable
- fin juillet: 16 tests pour 80€ de rémunération

Malheureusement, depuis le dernier test de juillet:
- presque plus de tests proposés
- soit rémunérer à 1€ pour des tests qui n'en finissent plus
- soit je réponds à des questions pour qu'on me dise que je ne peux pas le faire

C'est très dommage avec un fonctionnement et des rémunérations comme sur les 3 premiers mois, le site vaut 5 étoiles.
