I’m honestly disappointed with this experience.
I received my order, and it would seem that both fragrances are missing around 10ml of juice each. I have an expansive fragrance collection, roughly 2,000 bottles wide, so this is not something I’m just guessing at or being overly picky about. I know what new bottles usually look like, how they arrive, and how they behave when they are first sprayed.
The biggest issue for me is that both fragrances sprayed instantly right out of the box. That normally does not happen with brand-new bottles, because the atomizer usually has to be primed first. Between that and the missing juice, it gives the impression that these bottles may have been opened, tested, returned, or handled before being sent to me.
This is also not the first time I’ve received fragrances that seemed reopened from a company. It has only happened on a handful of orders, but when it does happen, it is very concerning.
For a fragrance company, this is unprofessional and wrong. Customers should not be paying full price for products that appear used, opened, or compromised in any way. Product integrity matters, especially with fragrances and cosmetics.
I reached out for a refund or replacements, and got no response at all and at this point the experience has left me questioning the company’s quality control and how seriously these issues are handled.
I really wanted this resolved properly, but based on this order, I cannot confidently recommend them.
