Quality of the bouquet
I was not happy with the quality of the delivered bouquet. It differed substantially and was a cheap looking bouquet compared with the one I ordered. Do you think the person ordering will never know? The recipient sent me a picture to thank me and it was Quite embarrassing to see the end product. I complained and you did give a partial refund but the damage was already done. I find it hard to trust your service again.

Update: Interflora have reached out with an apology.
We specifically asked to text the recipient as she doesn't answer her phone and may no hear the doorbell. The last time she did not know where the flowers came from so we added more info this time they were delivered and left by a car in a driveway. As it was a surprise we did not tell her they were delivered and have not heard from her, you were specifically asked to text to check she was there or let her know , now we have to call her to find out if she got the surprise. She would have called immediately if she received the flowers and knew who sent them

The delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful. However, despite my changing the water the majority of the flowers faded and died after 5 days. I still have the greenery. I was disappointed at their short life.
