Most likely a perfectly reasonable business if you visit the shop in person or receive exactly what you ordered online.
Unfortunately, my experience was let down by poor customer service.
I ordered a TV stand, but after a significant delay, the wrong item was delivered. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue and obtain either the correct item or a refund, the matter remained unresolved.
The company acknowledged that I was due a refund, but the situation became increasingly frustrating due to conflicting information and a lack of follow-through.
Mistakes happen, but it was the handling of the issue afterwards that was most disappointing.
At the time of writing, I am still pursuing a refund through both the company and my credit card provider.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering online from Interior Envy.

In response to the company’s reply, I will acknowledge that the refund was approved today, shortly after posting this review. However, this was through American Express, not directly through Interior Envy.
My frustration stems from the overall handling of the issue rather than the timing of the final refund decision.
I ordered a TV stand and received a completely different product. The incorrect item was refused but was subsequently left at my property while I was not there. Following this, I spent several weeks trying to resolve the matter through multiple phone calls, initially requesting delivery of the correct item and, more recently, a refund.
I appreciate that Interior Envy may have been dealing with its supplier, but as a customer my contract was with Interior Envy, not the supplier. From my perspective, I was left without the item I ordered, out of pocket, and without a resolution for an extended period of time. I also still have a bookcase in my kitchen that I never ordered and which has yet to be collected.
I am pleased that the matter has now been resolved, but I remain disappointed by the overall experience and the time it took to reach this outcome. As such, I will be leaving my rating unchanged.

I sent at least 10 emails and received only 2 replies and telephoned at least 12 times and left messages and only 3 returned calls. After being constantly misled, we asked for a refund. Emails were ignored, and although we were promised the refund would be processed the same day, it never happened. Eventually, 2.5 months after placing the order, we had to contact our bank to open a case to recover the money. I’ve ordered plenty online and never experienced service this bad. Not a trustworthy company - save yourself the money/time.

I ordered my goods and was notified that my parcel would arrive in two shipments, however, the goods arrived in reasonable time in one shipment. I was really pleased with that. Also, as the item was really heavy the delivery courier advised of a date and time slot and also phoned me half an hour before delivery to make sure I was in, which was great. Originally, we spotted a sofa we liked while on holiday in Whitby. A couple of months later, after researching Sheffield furniture stores and online retailers stocking the same manufacturer, we decided to visit Interior Envy.
During our first visit, we dealt with Aaron, who was professional, approachable, and genuinely seemed to care about customer service. We initially discussed ordering a 3-seater, 4-seater, and loveseat. Aaron even offered a discount to secure the order. However, as not all colour samples were available in-store, we decided to obtain additional samples directly from the manufacturer before committing.
On 14 December 2025, we returned after measuring the room and finalising our colour choices. We expanded the order to include two 4-seater sofas and selected an oval loveseat from a different range, which suited our bay window better due to its shape and lower back design. We specifically confirmed that the loveseat could be produced using the same fabric and colour combination as the sofas, and were assured this was possible.
This time we dealt with both Aaron and the owner. While clearly an experienced salesperson, the interaction felt far more transactional. Unfortunately, that concern became justified as the process unfolded.
At this stage, the previously discussed discount had disappeared. We were told this was due to upgraded material quality, which explained some increase in cost, but the removal of the original discount did not sit comfortably with us. In hindsight, we should probably have walked away and ordered elsewhere.
The quoted delivery timeframe was 8–10 weeks.
After six weeks, we contacted the store for an update. What followed was a confusing conversation. The exchange felt dismissive and did little to reassure us that our order was being properly managed.
A couple of weeks later, we visited the store in person. We were informed that the two sofas were ready, but the loveseat had been delayed until the week commencing 9 March. We asked whether the completed sofas could be delivered separately, but were told the manufacturer refused split deliveries despite weekly deliveries apparently being made to the store.
As we had previously contacted the manufacturer for fabric samples, we emailed them directly to understand the cause of the delay. They replied stating they had emailed the store and were awaiting a response.
When we asked the owner about this email, he denied receiving anything. We later discovered this was not true.
Shortly before 9 March, we checked again and were informed the order had been delayed further until around 24 March. The furniture finally arrived in early April.
Unfortunately, the loveseat was not the material or colour we had ordered. Instead of the grey fabric selected (“Jedi Grey”), it arrived in bottle green. We immediately noted on the delivery paperwork that the item was incorrect.
When I contacted the store, the owner said he would investigate and offered the option to return the chair for a refund. While I personally wanted to reject it outright — as we had effectively ordered one thing and received another — by this stage the entire process had become exhausting. We had already redecorated the room, purchased new curtains and carpet, and spent considerable time coordinating colours. Although the loveseat was not what we ordered and did not fully suit the room, we ultimately decided we could live with it rather than prolong the situation further.
A few days later, the owner admitted the manufacturer had informed the store months earlier that the chosen fabric could not be used on the loveseat. This was apparently the reason for the two-month delay. However, at some point, either the store or manufacturer decided to change the order from grey to bottle green without consulting us.
That was ultimately the most disappointing part of the experience: not the delay itself, but the lack of transparency and communication throughout.
To be fair, the owner did apologise once the issue was fully uncovered. However, by that point, confidence and trust had already been lost. The overall experience felt reactive rather than customer-focused.
Shortly afterwards, we needed a TV stand and chose to shop at Ponsford instead. While more expensive, the customer experience was noticeably better.
In summary, Interior Envy may provide a satisfactory experience if everything goes smoothly. However, based on our experience, if complications arise, communication, accountability, and customer care fell well below expectations. Prospective customers should proceed carefully.

FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS AND REFUND!
I purchased a vintage leather dining bench from your company and paid £1,499.99, (order 1277) which was taken from my account on 7 December 2025. Despite full payment having been made, you have failed to deliver the item to date.
Since the multiple failed delivery, I have contacted your company numerous times by both telephone and email in an attempt to resolve this matter. Each time, I have been given repeated and unconvincing excuses for the delay, including references to bank holidays and other operational issues. None of these explanations justify the excessive delay, nor do they excuse the continued failure to either deliver the item or resolve the issue properly.
Given the prolonged non-delivery, I formally requested a FULL REFUND. Despite this clear request, your company has failed to process or return my money. A manager named TAF has repeatedly made assurances and promises that the matter would be resolved, yet these promises have not been honoured. As a result, I am still waiting for my refund, despite extensive follow-up correspondence.
This situation reflects a complete lLACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY and UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Retaining a customer’s money for goods that have not been delivered, while providing repeated assurances without action, is wholly unreasonable and deeply concerning.
I now expect immediate confirmation that my full refund will be processed without further delay.

I placed an order with Interior Envy on 9 March 2026 and, despite repeated waiting, my order still has not even been dispatched. Communication has been extremely poor, and I have not received a clear update or confirmed delivery date.
I understand delays can happen, but customers should be kept informed properly, especially when large sums of money are involved. Waiting this long without dispatch is unacceptable.
I am now requesting either an immediate confirmed dispatch date or a full refund. I hope the company resolves this quickly and improves its customer service and communication going forward.

Bad experience with this company. Cannot comment on the quality of the furniture as what I bought never arrived. The estimated arrival times quoted on their website are are not accurate - still waiting for delivery and zero contact from the company. They have no customer service. Currently trying to get my money refunded.
update following response* - the order was made through my partners name and so this is why you were unable to identify my order. You have now refunded us although with no follow up apology or explaination. I will not pursue this any further but it would be helpful in future if you prioritised responding directly to your customers rather than responding to negative reviews on public forums.

Ordered a tv unit on 13th April and it was listed as 1-2 week delivery. Since purchasing I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve tried to follow up through website and no response. I’ve called dozens of times and no one answers. Terrible service. Were still have no tv unit and 250 quid down.
I wanted to order some leather armchairs to match my leather sofa so I contacted Jay at Interior Envy to ask if he could send me some colour samples. Jay replied immediately and I received the leather samples in the post within a couple of days.
I am absolutely delighted with the customer service and excellent communication from Interior Envy and would highly recommend that if you are unsure about anything, just give them a call or drop them an email and you'll find that they are really helpful.

4 weeks since I placed my order for a TV stand (walnut, £270).. no information as to when I might expect it. I sent an email asking for info after 3 weeks, and another now at 4. Radio silence from the company.
I received my order today from interior envy and am loving it. I got a mattress and ottoman divan bed frame from them. Am happy the dimension fit in my room and the quality was topnotch , the colour was a little darker. But overall great purchase.
