First I want to say the customer service is awesom
First I want to say the customer service people (Xisca) has been a lifesaver! I was having an issue (self made) with one of the courses certification. As I stated, it was my fault, but they were extremely patient, (literally many emails!), with me and my situation. I’m older and not great at computer stuff, but these courses were very easy to follow and take notes. I highly recommend these courses! And this is a great online Academy! Thank you for all your help. Also, it’s a great way to keep older minds, like mine active!

The Helpdesk is very helpful if you have an issue
I have just signed on for a beginner’s drawing and painting four course bundle through another provider. When I couldn’t access the courses the provider fobbed me off and asked me to contact International Open Academy myself. Well I didn’t have to because they noticed I’d been trying to”buy” these courses and sent me a reminder to finish the process. I got back to them via that sales email letting them know what was going on and Xisca on the help team got back to me promptly and immediately fixed the issue with no fuss. I’ve now watched the introduction section of one of the courses and it seems good. So this is a review of the academy, particularly how they help when you have an issue, I will review the courses later. Thanks very much!

Why is downloading the “proof of…
Why is downloading the “proof of completion” so difficult to access but purchasing all the other certificate downloads are easily available and even emailed options to you? This is not right.

To clarify, the free Proof of Completion is available inside your student dashboard, but it does require navigating to the correct section of your course, which can sometimes be missed.
Once you’re logged in to your account, you can find all your documents by opening the “My Documents” folder in your account menu. Any Proofs of Completion or certificates issued to you will appear there in PDF format.
We noticed that no contact details were included with your review, so we’ve also sent you a message through Trustpilot. If you’d prefer to reach out directly, our support team is available here:

My Experience with the 120-Hour TESOL Course
My experience with International Open Academy was truly excellent. The modules from 1 to 10 were informative, well-structured, and refreshing. Every lesson provided practical, useful insights. Going through the course felt like revisiting and enriching my university studies, but in a way that felt current and applicable to real teaching today.

De la comptabilité sans chiffres pendant 60 jours uniquement
J'ai acheté la formation Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Comptabilité et Gestion Financière sur le site Groupon. Première mauvaise surprise : la formation est accessible pendant 60 jours seulement. Si vous voulez avoir plus de temps, il vous faudra prendre un abonnement mensuel pour la maudique somme de 29,99€ par mois... je trouve ça honteux. Je n'achète pas une formation pour devoir payer un abonnement mensuel pour en profiter au-delà de deux mois...
Deuxième mauvaise surprise : il s'agit d'une formation comptabilité sans chiffres, c'est assez peu commun pour la matière.... Que des pavés de textes inintéressants.
Si j'avais su je n'aurais pas acheté cette formation, j'ai l'impression d'avoir jeté mon argent par les fenêtres.
Et le site Groupon precise bien qu'aucun remboursement ne peut-être fait après l'achat. Je préférerai qu'on me rembourse et qu'on me retire l'accès a cette "formation".
Je ne recommande donc absolument pas cette "formation" et encore moins cette plateforme.
