Missing voucher !!!!!!
I bought two experiences. First was tandem skydive then a day later clay pigeon shoot. Received my clay pigeon shoot voucher in post. Asked for my voucher for the skydive but got sent the clay pigeon shoot voucher again. Skydive voucher was nearly £300. Currently hoping my money has not been wasted ! At present worried my skydive voucher won’t appear. It’s already missed the birthday date it was intended for. Not happy at this present moment it time.

Booked a ticket, paid, registered, only to be told that I can’t use it on the day I want! Why don’t they tell you this first?
Edit: to be fair to the company, upon emailing, they’re refunded me the full price of the ticket no questions asked. Based on that, I’d use them again.

The Website is very poor, Im in Australia, and want to send to my Father as a gift, it keeps say his address is in Australia, even when entered correctly and will not allow me to send by mail to his address in the UK. I no do not know where the voucher is going and Ive not received a voucher even though Ive paid for gift boxing etc. An awful experience.
