I started the program in February 2026 and have been more than satisfied with the experience so far. Invest At Rest provides deeply practical knowledge and is very well structured. It offers a large amount of valuable learning materials and strong support throughout the course progression. The program covers both the fundamentals and more advanced levels of knowledge, helping participants build a thorough understanding of the topic. That said, it does require dedication, as meaningful results come with consistent effort. I am currently in the middle of the program, and already now I feel confident and well equipped to elaborate on my personal investment strategies without hesitation or fear.

Cross-border case studies are my personal favourite part of the program. They explore virtually all possible exceptions and real-life scenarios that investors may encounter, which makes the learning experience especially applicable.

Another highlight is the strong community of dedicated, professional women who are striving to grow their careers, maintain fulfilling personal lives, and build long-term financial stability.

I am really happy with the step-by-step approach of this program. I had almost zero knowledge of finance and investing before, and the way the material is structured makes it easy to follow. The regular Q&A sessions keep me motivated, the atmosphere is supportive, and I feel more empowered with my finances, taking one lesson at a time. I especially enjoy that the sessions are recorded, I can revisit them whenever I need. The materials and tools provided are extremely helpful, though you do need to like Excel sometimes :) if you are allergic to it, that part could be tricky. Overall, a very practical and engaging way to learn and feel confident in finance.

I started Aysha’s course at the beginning of February 2026. It’s a 7‑week program, and I’m now finishing week 4. So far, the experience has been excellent. The lessons are structured step by step, the learning flow is very well designed, and my confidence has grown week after week.
I truly enjoy the course, but it does require commitment: you need to do the lessons, apply what you learn, and take action. If you only watch without implementing, you won’t get the full value.
For me, the course has been absolutely worth it. It brings real clarity to your finances and shows you how to organize everything in a simple, practical way.

The was particularly relevant for me living in Switzerland with a multi-country background, and Aysha and Fanny share their local research and additional information on tax and pensions so that we can understand the local financial ecosystem and make the best decision for our situations. I feel much more prepared to navigate and select the right investment platform for my needs and to create a simple manageable portfolio for the long term.

The courses show you the specific tools you can use to invest your money and how to use them and check your progress along the way. Aysha together with her sister Fanny explain matters in detail and include many additional aspects that a newbie wouldn't even consider. They provide plenty of information relevant for swiss residents (unlike the many youtube finfluencers based in US or UK) as well as taking different countries into account and what impact it has on taxes. They answer questions before you even ask them and, within the community, relate to additional uncertainities you might have.
I personally hesitated to start the course because I feared that the topic would be too hard to understand. However, Aysha and Fanny made this complex field stocks, bonds and equities comprehensive and easy to follow.
I went through 3 courses that the program offers and gained plenty of insight. I still haven't unlocked the full potential of the prgram, though! It makes me want to keep learning and growing!
