My partner and I bought tickets in 2019 on the promise that a location would be opening in Winnipeg(supposedly) in spring 2020. This location never opened and there is no opening date for the foreseeable future. The only number we have to call is for booking only and they refuse to offer any financial compensation or any reasonable resolution whatsoever. Refuse to transfer the call to a superior who may be able to deal with more than just booking. The nearest location is thousands of kilometres away. This is fraudulent.

Vouchers hard sold to my wife at very bad value. Vouchers expired during COVID. Ultimately we got zero return from the vouchers purchased.

If i could take stars away i would sales man lied about everything company doesn't return money avoid scam all the way. Go direct to local companies. This company is a joke

AVOID! COMPLETE RIP OFF!! Empty promises of deposit being returned and refreshments. Many hidden charges. Small space. Disorganised. Not the cleanest either.... Everyone came home with Covid. Not worth it. Definitely use someone else.

After two years still can't get booked in, it costs £10 admin fee to call them, avoid like the plague

Sold the voucher by a load of lies.
First 100 free paintball, here as its Christmas have another 100free on us, all you equipment in included.
Go to book, it's another £9.99 per person before you arrive, ohh look you can't use your 2nd 100 balls at the same time.
Total rip off.
Requested a complaint email and was refused then informed IPG have gone bust and no longer exists.

Terrible company, the salesman lied and specifically said the price of the tickets included the first 100 paintballs per person, this was the only thing that made it seem like a good deal and prompted me to make a purchase. When I came to book turns out their tickets cover only entry and equipment hire (free most everywhere else) and no paintballs are included. To make matters worse they price their paintballs up much higher than other paintball providers so are ripping you off twice. Am not using my special IPGVIP tickets and instead booking direct through another local paint ball centre and have to write off the cost of the original ticket purchase as an expensive lesson in dealing with conartists.

Scam company, and are incapable or unwilling to respect customer's private details. I have filled out their "opt out of marketing" forms several times yet they continue to send me their scam spam texts. They seem to hold onto a lot of personal information for a long time, So I'll probably follow the Information Commissioner's Office guidelines of sending a letter telling them to remove everything because they handle data so wrongfully. Holding a customer's data for 3 years after they got a refund and have asked for no more marketing is ridiculous.

I think they are looting people and not ready to refund though it is their fault. Because, They asked me to pay deposit to block a day to visit, though I had tickets with me and said I can use them at the centre to purchase paintballs and I paid 107 for 10 people, £10 deposit and .70p handling per person. At the centre I mentioned it to them and said I will use that £100 deposit to buy and 2000 paintball for 139.99. As they had £100 deposit, so I supposed to pay £39.99 only. But when I checked my statement they charged me £139.99 and I called them and explained it. They asked me to send my statement and details , it’s been 7 weeks I keep calling them to find out what is happening. They keep me on hold till call get disconnected or promise me to call back which they never do.

Purchased tickets in Aug '19 for my sons birthday party, plans changed and we didn't worry about this as we were able to make a booking up to a year after purchase. Unfortunately COVID came along which pretty much meant that the tickets were useless. I tried contacting the company in May and June of 2020 whilst I was still within the 1 year booking period..........no response. I am sure there was a facebook page, this no longer exists. I really wish I had seen the reviews on this page, I would never have purchased the tickets if I had, now I am £100 out of pocket.

Scam company selling tickets "on sale" for 9.99 at malls and supposedly these are normally 35 pounds. Not true, the sale is always on and there are never any 35 pound tickets. Fake pricing. It is also a bait-and-switch operation, they bait you into buying a ticket and when you show up they tell you there are more costs involved. Apparently the 'ticket' is just to lure you there. This company should be shut down.

International Paintball Group is pure fraud. They took the money and won't deliver the service, and won't refund the money. They claim the "terms and conditions" don't obligate them to provide the service they are selling. Pure fraud.

I bought tickets from this organization in Calgary, Alberta. Alberta is open for business, but the International Paintball Group ipgca.com (aka paintballbookingoffice.com) does not and cannot provide the service, and never did the provide the service. Nor will they refund the money it received for a service it does not provide. Isn't that "fraud"?

Bought 2 Packages before the 1st lockdown. Sent emails over the past few months and no reply on when we can go...

Asked if there was a refund available and don't think I will get an answer...

They're not associated with any of the locations they advertise. The tickets are useless and they're greedy. When you try to book, they charge you through their own portal, and your booking isn't really made. How are they still able to open physical popup shops around the country?

Bought 40 tickets from a salesman in a shopping center - "these are my last ones then we can go home" - thought it was dodgy when they were still there selling to over people half an hour later! When it came to booking we found that we have to pay an extra £10 per person = £400 to use them all, complete scam, don't buy from them.

ABSOLUTE Joke - Booked for my son Birthday last April couldnt go due to covid - now literally can now not get a hold of them...at one stage could get through to call centre but they just booked the days and have nothing to with operation....LIARS...now literally cant get hold of anyone - do not respond to enquiries on enquiry page and no way of contacting them

Complete scam - fooled me with pressure selling at my uni campus and what turns out to be ILLEGAL selling & marketing practices. Really upsetting and a lot of money to lose as a student. You should be ashamed.

NEVER buy from this company. Not only was I LIED to by their kiosk staff, was treated RUDELY by their Melbourne Dingley staff after I found out that I was lied to and was forced to Literally empty my bank account to $0 because I didn't want to ruin the birthday party I arranged, HUMILIATED because I had roped in family & friends to fork over way more money than I said they needed to after we drove over an hour to the location but maybe worst of all was their customer service.

They kept using Covid19 as an excuse of why they were evading my calls this 2020, I only received emails offering me discounts which I already made clear I didn't want. They only contacted me now (not long after my tickets have expired) to tell me IPG refuses to give me a refund. Even saying that since I have no proof that their staff lied to me, everything I've claimed is merely "hearsay"... When considering all these complaints on this site and every other site goes to show just exactly what kind of company they are. I wish their staff who are simply trying to get by can find a better job at a better company and that the rude, greedy people running IPG get what they deserve so they can stop robbing people of money.
