Urgent order hasn't arrived. No good to me now. Had to source elsewhere. DO NOT USE

As I couldn't go out to buy my product, I bought it online and it arrived as predicted. I have used ipharm them before and they are always prompt in sending what I ordered. Thank you.

Ordered some urgent pharmaceutical items and specifically paid for 'Express Delivery'. By the next day I had received no tracking information or any other information about delivery. I queried this with 'iPharm' by email and they replied promptly advising me the items had been sent first class Royal Mail and they gave me a supposed tracking number. This was clearly not a RM tracking number and on trying it on the RM website it was indeed invalid.

The package eventually arrived by Royal Mail SECOND CLASS mail (untracked). It was amazing (and indeed fortunate) that I received it relatively quickly (all credit to Royal Mail). So the info from iPharm was totally incorrect.

You will note for other reviews that iPharm like to blame Royal Mail for late deliveries but in no way can 2nd Class Untracked be considered 'Express Delivery' - wonder what method they use for 'normal delivery??

I have emailed again to iPharm asking for a refund for the £3.95 I paid specifically for 'Express Delivery' (with a photo of the package showing 2nd Class post) and they have just now sent me an email agreeing to refund to me £1.05 - the difference between what they should have provided and the amount I actually paid. I suppose that's something, but it in no way makes up for the unacceptable delay from a Company routinely dealing with urgent pharmaceutical orders.

I would look elsewhere if you want things sending to you urgently.

Items OK but it took about 11 days to receive my order. Which was too late by then for what I needed it for!!

Easy to order lots of questions but good you checking if right product, come quick, little expensive but not a problem

My original order failed to arrive within 2 weeks but, after contacting iPharm, a replacement order arrived within a few days. (I wasn't informed that a replacement order had been sent but, as the enclosed invoice was blank, I took it that what I received were replacements).

A bottle arrived smashed and didn’t have sufficient packing for a glass bottle. Ipharm did however reply quickly and arranged a refund. I found Ipharm much more cheaper for some items compared to high street shops.

parcel arrived damaged but they quickly replaced the item so no problems and good prices.
