What went wrong this time ? They insist on me giving up my anonymity and therefore I could be identified if I complained about an issue or business. Surveys should always be anonymous.
I refused and they won't reward me for previous surveys completed....€28.
There must be a way to stop these people from scamming participants.

From time to time I have had problems but have always found the Irish opinions Team excellent in addressing and sorting them promptly,,

7 journeys on the start, finished all of them, at three tourneys after the last question it was finished or it wasn't fitting(after the last question of the journey. This is a joke, two of them finished no coins. Deleted my account, that don't seem right.

I have been using Irish options for a long time , and have always found them to be honest and reliable, any of the staff that have dealt with me ,have been professional, and understanding .

I’m another of those many-years-long Irish Opinions panel members who are expressing their dismay at their accounts suddenly having been suspended recently, for decidedly dodgy reasons. I’ve been earning some nice little pocket money on Irish Opinions for well over ten years and the manner of my survey responses never changed. I, too, noticed that reward values went down considerably during the past few months, and I, too, find the so-called “Offers” emails and on-site messages extremely annoying and have never engaged with them. Perhaps my turning down of 40 cent “rewards” for 15 minutes of my time and the fact that I’m not interested in those peculiar “offers” put me on Irish Opinions cull list?

Anyway, when I emailed their support department, I got the same fabricated response as other reviewers here, i.e. that my account was suspended for alleged account violations, which is complete nonsense. To add insult to injury, they natter on about taking data quality very seriously and only providing the “best data” to their customers. I, too, was not given any more detailed explanation when challenging them about their offensive accusations, “internal security system processes” being cited for this.

Luckily, I always drew down my rewards as soon as there was a ten euro balance available on my account, so I’m only defrauded by some 4+ euro, but I will be lodging a complaint with the Consumer Protection Commission, for the sheer principle of it, and I would encourage other Irish Opinions panel members who were defrauded in the same manner as I to do the same thing.

If you’re thinking about joining their survey panel and are reading this, stay well away from them!

I like doing the surveys.It makes me feel like my opinion matters and I get rewarded in return.Lately I have been noticing the reward prices changing for the worse. I used to do a 15min survey for example for 1 euro which is fair.Now it more like 20mins for 1 euro. And now they are added other surveys such as 35cent for 18mins and 55 cent for 10 etc. I have also noticed that I will be near finished the survey and get kicked out because I'm a better fit elsewhere.After sitting there for maybe 20mins they only say this one or two questions from the end?Suspicious. This is kind of degrading to people in my opinion and if these continues I wont be taking the time to share my opinion unfortunately.

Had an issue with non payment for completed surveys, but this was resolved with the help of the guys at Irish Opinions.

I enjoy answering surveys and expressing my experiences while earning a reward. Time is a commodity for me but I find it relaxing. The subjects are varied. If there is a technical glitch, support addresses it promptly. It takes a while to gain any sort of reward. Lately I noticed a lot more surveys for pittance 20 minutes for .40 cents and there is this annoying offers gimmick flashing all the time. That is being cheeky so I hope the quality does not drop .

My account has been suspended for the same excuse as other people on this site and no explanation.I have been with them for over 20 years and never had any issues.As a member of other survey sites I have no problems with their surveys.Since Irish Opinions was taken over they are going downhill as earnings for surveys were getting ridiculous and I would say we are only the tip of the iceberg as to what is going on.Never leave anything over 10 euro in your account as I am one of the lucky ones where I only had 8 euro in my account.

Out of nowhere my account was suspended for no logical reason. I contacted them and they said I violated the rules, but they couldn't specify which ones, and so they kept my €50 credit. I've had an account for years and always withdrew money to Tesco gift cards. Despite all my complaints, they didn't even want to hear it and said: that's it.

With them years account suspended with balance of €20 reason vague refer to terms and conditions. AI generated response they value their data etc.Such BS.

I had 20E in my account that I lost thanks to this suspension recently. Looks like alot of accounts were affected. I can confirm I can still take Dynata surveys with other providers so they have no issue with my answers or my opinions. This suspension looks to be a complete cover up to just sale data and not pay anything back. From a ethics point of view it is an utter disgrace. They can keep the data but people should think twice before signing up to this crowd.

Been using them for years but all of a sudden this week they said i had violated the terms and had suspended my account ! I have never had an issue like this before with them. They also recently said on the site that i needed to verify my account with photo i.d. I didn’t do this and am glad i didnt now ! I have emailed them to ask will i be able to access my account again. Awaiting the reply. reading the recent reviews above i see this has happened a lot of other users recently!

Update - They replied and said ‘After reviewing my account activity, we had no choice but to suspend your account’.
Crazy! Strange the same is happening so many people lately

Honestly, I had taken surveys for years without any issues then all of a sudden my account is banned, which I was not aware of only I contacted them as I couldn't log in and they told me my account was suspended permanently for reasons that were complete lies and kept the credit I had saved. They also said that they communicated these supposed reasons with me on the website which is also a complete lies.
After reading other reviews here I've seen the same thing happen to other people.
Very disappointing as they used to be fantastic.

literally gave them 5 stars couple weeks ago. After that they suspended my account without no reason.

Looking at the older reviews, Irish Opinions used to have a good reputation. That's clearly changed as of late: the company now uses a broken ID verification system that tends to deny payouts to their users while simultaneously harvesting their personal data. In other words, it's a scam.

Everything was going okay until I redeemed my first €10 reward. I verified my info with a personal ID and selfie when prompted to, then, all of sudden, I stopped receiving survey offers. After a week of waiting, I emailed support to ask why. They told me that their "system detected violations" and summarily suspended my account. By closing my account, they locked me out of my unredeemed rewards & confiscated my earnings.

They would not explain specifically what these violations were, and I assume that's because there were none. I did not violate their terms & conditions and all info/answers I provided were honest. Basically, Irish Opinions took my personal data and ran at the first opportunity. Now I feel like a fool.

100% Irish Opinions is a scam. They exploit users by milking them dry for data and then close their accounts before they even make a payout. PLEASE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID - DO NOT HAND YOUR PERSONAL DATA OVER TO THESE HUCKSTERS, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR TIME.

The exact thing happened to me a few days ago. Looking for id and photo verification ,and then saying there is a problem with their system. I had about
€ 15.OO in the account. Not much but that is not the point.

I have taken many surveys for the company over a few years. All of a sudden I'm asked to verify my identity, which I did. I was told my verification failed even though it shouldn't have. They promptly closed my account and confiscated over €100 in rewards. They would not specifically tell me they issue. They just vaguely said I didn't answer surveys honestly but I always did. To me it felt like a money grab. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Been using Irish opinions for a 2 years now! I radeem 10e a week, for tesco or penneys! Great! Im a diamond level now.
