Would give zero stars if possible banned me for no reason and when I reached out to provide proof they kept sending the same blanket response that they couldn’t help me and that I’ve been permanently banned. Great game, shitty support =‘s Shitty Game

I used to recommend this game, but I will never do it again. I was unfairly and unjustifiably perma banned by Ironmace for "Cheating".
I contacted them by email for more information and here is their response :

We do not tolerate such actions violating our Terms of Service, for those who break the rules we created would face the punishment of a permanent ban. Therefore, we had to ban your account permanently.

I just played few hours and I don't understand why ??!!
I gave them 30€ for legendary status and this is the result.
I will never trust Ironmace and their team again.

And for those who would defend them by saying that I did indeed cheat, I tell you in advance: you are stupid.
It's a false ban and a goodbye forever Ironmace ..|..
Ironmace just stole money.
Steam won't refund my purchases...

Bad customer support that needs to be improved can't support anything from the looks of it

in manutenzione tutti i giorni , non sanno applicare le patch overstressano la community perchè vogliono fare i geni del marketing, APRITE GLI OCCHI che gli utenti che state inseguendo e leccando il fondoschiena se ne scappano dopo 1 giorno di manutenzione, come al solito annunciata, con tempo di inizio e di fine, e mai RISPETTATA, in orari assurdi fate vomitare, come azienda, come developer, come gente non sapete cos'è il rispetto per la community, e sto bel feedback ve lo beccate in faccia MAESTRI DEL MARKETING A PERDERE

Dont buy anything from this thieving company. Got perma banned for playing the game on a prebuilt PC I just bought reached out to support and they told me their decision was final and I WILL NOT be reimbursed for buying their game. I was supposedly using outside "Illegal" programs which id like to know how to do when I cant even overclock due to my processor being a locked one. Again dont waste your money on their sub par pile of crap thieving games.

Refuse to reply per support ticket and email because of a refund. Other people in my Discord server have said the same, and so did others on the internet. They ignore all legal rights in my country, and they even disregard what they wrote down in their own ToS.

Honestly, I was on board with them until this. This isn't just fishy, it's scummy as hell. And just judging by this I feel like Nexon was right after all. What an actual shame.

Now for the reason I wanted to get a refund. Cheaters and the worst balancing changes you can imagine. The game is littered with both. Not to mention the game is still missing obvious QoL changes that should have been implemented half a year ago. Stay away from these scummy people at all costs, they don't deserve your money.

Oh and I almost forgot, this video game contains the most toxic community of all time. Not even LoL, Dota 2 and CoD together can compete with this.
