IT Career Swap Reviews

I have been with IT Career Swap now for two years. I was studying the Cybersecurity Course with them. This course had 18 modules, plus two practice labs, one mentor. The mentor will help in anyway possible to help with your studies. Well recommended study material with them.

Just sign up to the course. Abu was really helpful , explained me everything about course and I was able to talk to him even after his working hours ! Great experience in the beginning ! Highly recommend !

I was quite lucky to find this diamond among the other similar courses.

First of all, I was attracted by the accessibility of the course and its broad profile.
It is also worth noting the high professionalism of the staff and their responsiveness. Additionally, I would like to outline the work of my mentor Harry and my career advisor Clive. Harry proved himself to be an excellent teacher who can clearly convey answers to questions and provide assistance in difficult situations. Clive helped me put together an effective CV based on the material covered, as well as thoroughly prepare me for the upcoming interview.
As a result, I had 1-3 interviews arranged every week.
I would definitely recommend this course to both absolute beginners who are planning to change their lives for the better, and experienced freelancers who are planning or struggling to find a job with a company.

Just signed up on there course

Abu was really helpful and was able to make me understand about the course fully.

One of the best decisions I've made for my career is getting thoroughly trained here. They offer a lot of IT training course that are very well taught. I highly recommend them.

I strongly recommend you to check out IT Career Swap if you require extensive IT training. Their fantastic courses and outstanding instruction enabled me in securing a permanent IT position with one of the city's biggest companies.

Have enrolled to two of their IT courses and right now, I am working in a really great company in UK. All the knowledge I've learned from the courses I've taken has paid off really well. I'm thankful to IT Career Swap and have always recommend them to anyone.

IT Career Swap offered me amazing services during and after my training. Good job.

Ken and Ashley are amazing mentors. They were supportive, calling me on telephone from time to time to find out my progress and also know if there were area they could assist me.

IT Career Swap exposed me to lots of things i didn't know earlier. The knowledge i have gathered are enormous. And i am grateful.

I had spoken to Jazz about taking up a Cyber Security course, he had talked me through the process and was very informative. All of the information which I needed was told to me and the price is very good

jazz was a wonderfull person seeing my application through. he was supper helpfull and his service was just perfect.

The whole team was amazing, they took their time in making sure that they answer all the questions I had and even provided additional information. I really enjoyed the training courses. They gave me the basic knowledge of IT Technician and the videos were very easy to follow, even for someone like me who had no experience at all and wanted to change career.

Good study materials and assignments
helped alot.l finished the course in 10 months and 3 months later , l went to more than 4 interviews and finally got placed. Im now working as a System Administrator and enjoying my role. Thank you ITCS l wouldn't have done it without you. Patience is all you need. Goodluck to everyone signing up !

Very professional and helpful. You will receive all the required support and study materials. What they can not deliver is you own will to study and pass your exams.

A great platform to learn about IT in depth. I have finished my first course and looking forward for the next one. The videos are very helpful. Most importantly, special mention is needed for my mentor Ashley who always takes time to get in touch with me whenever needed and gives an immense support. Hope I land in a job soon and everything gets fine..
Thank you 'IT-Career Swap' and 'Ashley'

I have had an excellent experience so far, the course seems great, 8 industry recognised certificates, help with CV optimisation and interviews with IT. I’m just on the 3rd module of my first certificate and the learning material is pretty easy to follow. The staff I’ve spoken to have been nothing but friendly and helpful and I feel like I’ll have support whenever I need it. I’ll see how I get on with the course but so far it’s a genuinely exciting experience!

I signed up for the Cyber Security course and am currently working through the first year of the course. I passed the CompTIA Security+ exam in the summer and am looking forward to moving onto the next stage of Cyber Security topics next year. My mentor Ashley is always on hand to assist whenever this is required.

I was lured into this company on the premise of high quality, industry leading teaching. That was incorrect.

What I got was a programme of videos (that equivalents are freely accessible for free elsewhere), and some multiple choice questions. Both of those options where full of mistakes that a simple proofreader would have picked up - implying that they didn't go to the expense of simply checking what they are selling.

When I contacted IT Career Swap about this, and wanting a refund for a faulty product - I was rebuffed saying that they aren't responsible for the content they sell(?), and that they can't provide a refund (and actively threatend me with legal action if I tried to get my money back).

The extremely worrying thing about this is that these issues are known to IT Career Swap - and have known for some time, yet they are not fixed. And more disturbing yet, they didn't believe me when I told them these mistakes where still there.

The people at IT Career Swap also have tried to convince me that I should drop out of university, which is incredibly dodgy. When I signed up to the course I was told that university would complement this course very well.

This company is at best a waste of time and money, and at worst an attempt to lure young people into paying a lot with promises of guaranteed jobs and high quality training.

Don't bother - you can get higher quality content for free.
