if you want to loss you time, money, mind, power, brand value choose this, almost no support, no responsible person, no call pickup no email reply. claim tat is 7-10 workdays they said but if you don't follow after deadline you may never get it minimum 1 month if you follow everyday. and once lose remark again 1 month for settlement if you have someone who is pickup your call luck by chance if no call pickup you know all.

Currently ithink logistics is doing a big scam with the seller, they do not give refund even after receiving wrong shipment, even after having all the proof videos-photos, no refund has been received for 2 months, till now no account manager is giving any response.

Very disappointing experience with iThink Logistics. The service quality is extremely poor and unreliable. Shipments are frequently delayed and when problems occur, there is almost no proper support from their team.

The assigned managers, Mr. Abhishek Jaishwal and Sonali Shinde, were completely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process. Instead of resolving issues, they kept delaying responses and failed to provide proper updates or solutions. It felt like there was no accountability at all.

For a business that depends on timely logistics, this kind of service is very frustrating and unprofessional. Communication is weak, support is ineffective, and overall management is disappointing.

I would not recommend iThink Logistics to any business looking for reliable shipping support.

My experience with I Think Logistics has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, the company has unfairly withheld my ₹2000 account balance which I am due for a refund. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, they are deliberately refusing to process the refund. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to a clear breach of trust.

Secondly, the operational service is terrible. Their primary function, package pickups, consistently fails to happen. Shipments are delayed indefinitely because the assigned agents do not show up.

The customer service is non-existent, and the overall service quality is utterly useless. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. They are unreliable and hold customer funds hostage. I demand an immediate resolution and the refund of my ₹2000.

This is by far the worst courier/logistics company I have ever dealt with. First of all, they charge 3x higher rates compared to normal shipping and still deliver the poorest service.

There is zero customer support – no one answers the phone, no call-back, and no proper tracking updates. If any issue comes up with your parcel, you are completely on your own.

Their service quality is absolutely third class. I highly recommend avoiding iThink Logistics at all costs. Save yourself the frustration.

I have had the worst experience working with Ithink Logistics. The pick-ups even though scheduled are never on the time. I have to follow up for atleast a week before they reschedule a pick-up. Due to this have lost so many customers. Their executives don't bother to answer the calls and if you are lucky enough they will pick up the call and then tell you that they will check and get back. But again you never receive a call back. Its really difficult to work with them.

Kindly beware from selecting this company to be your shipping partner. They are all scammers and never provide you with an immediate resolution. They have a terrible support staff,( Sailee Raul and Sanehal Pandey).They sent one of their employees to measure a product at home, but they later claimed that the employee didn't know how to measure. Our product weight is 0.750 grams, but they said it was 1.50 kg, and he measured the products and our volumetric weight incorrectly. They just copy pasted the same answer till month and month. Even they falsely marked your return lost shipment as return delivered after one month of complaint and said to you that we can not provide POD as it is RTO delivery. So be careful and suggest that you not choose this company any way you have another better option in the market. This is my honest review that we faced.

Worst customer service Experience ever. Their delivery partners don't handle products with care. Almost 70% of RTO products came and they can not provide any solution till the time.

I believe that this logistics company is a huge scam. Their entire procedure is dishonest. Worst logistics firm I've ever seen. Nobody takes responsibility for seller or customer care. It's a zero-star review based on my worst-ever experience. Even the owners and managers are phony and incompetent. In this case, it is your obligation to deliver the package; they accept no liability for it. solely focused on profit (higher delivery costs than other). Only the positive things are spoken by the sales team before the courier leaves and no one answers calls. They keep generating money by posting fictitious comments on order status and occasionally returning shipments to sellers so they can charge both ways. No one is available to handle delayed shipping issues.
