Hi Edward,
Thanks for leaving a review.
We can confirm that 99% of GlasGLOW is made by local humans. We take pride in writing a new show every year and engaging local makers, artists and designers to create GlasGLOW. Signage is designed by our in-house marketing team, and we do use elements of AI here to enhance these.
We hope this answers your query, and thanks again.
