Needed help & also the confidence that I was going to get the professional advice & service that I needed & definitely got it here at Its Just Cricket. They were outstanding at every stage ,& would highly recommend them.

Emailed twice to get return info as bag was to big never heard anything stuck with bag now as over 14 dayside

Not so great, ordered 3 bat's cancelled one and took ages to get one and didn't receive 2nd one. Steve has to refund. The knocking in service is next to useless.

My initial order from It's Just Cricket took 4 weeks to arrive. There was no contact from the company to warn me of the delay until I raised it with them via phone and email. I then had to return the item to replace it with a different size which I did the day after I received it. It is now 6 weeks later and I am yet to receive the new order. My calls and messages have gone unanswered over the last 2weeks and over 2 months after the initial order I am out of pocket and I have no idea what the status of my order is.

Ordered a bat that was advertised as coming with a cover.
When the cover was not included, I wrote back. Even though the bat cover no longer comes with the bat from the manufacturer, because they hadn’t updated the website, they found one and sent it to me for no extra charge.
Very good.

3-5 day delivery turned out to be ‘next day’ delivery, which was amazing.
Product was as described and price was very competitive.

Sent my own bat for knocking service. Although the edges of bat are rolled nicely it still feels not enough knocking done especially on the lower part/ toe area. On top of it, when i took my bat in nets, i am still getting the seam marks on the bat which suggests its not match ready. Considering i had to spend over £50 including postal charges, i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Local service providers have done the same job for alot cheaper. Disappointed

Great service, beautiful bat. A tiny bit delayed in delivery, but what does one expect if ordering a bat at the start of the cricket season

Despite some delay, in what were difficult circumstances, We were kept up to date and appreciate the effort IJC put into getting a bat to us. Certainly will use them again. .
