I placed an order on the 19th December and still have not received it. The expected delivery was 2-3 days.

I have sent two emails (which state will reply within 48hours) it’s been over two weeks and I received an automated “sorry for the delay” email today. With no acknowledgement of my email requesting a refund and no expected date on dispatch.
Do NOT order from this website!

If I could give zero stars I would. No item ever received, no customer services reply and no contact number to call them on. They’ve taken my money, not sent the item and then ignored me. Total scam

I placed an order just before Christmas and got an update on 02/01 that the item wasn’t sent. Since then, I have had no updates, I tried contacting them on 06/01 but no response. There isn’t an option for me to cancel the order on the website so they’ve just taken my money.

. On the 7th December I purchased Iron Studios Alligator order number 728988025 Today the 17th January 2026 I have not received the above item and it is still for sale in the iWoot website. I have sent 3 messages regarding this item and no response!!!
I would like the item or a refund but as they do not respond the issue is unresolved.
This is an awful company to deal with!!!!

I’m shocked at the level of customer service!!
Ordered an item for my son for Christmas, was delayed in being sent so I sourced one on eBay.
When the IWOOT parcel turned up I had to pay 2.99 for tracked return and sent back immediately. Tracked as delivered on 31st December and since then sent many messages for return of my money and no response at all from Customer services! Absolutely shocking and I don’t know how they can carry on like this. BEWARE these people are not worth ordering with it will give you a hold load of stress!!

Appalling company to deal with when there is a problem. Ordered an xmas gift for a friend on 25/11/2025, had two email notifications that there was a delay; the last being on 12/12/2025. Since then I have emailed twice and heard nothing, apart from acknowledgement of email receipt. There does not appear to be a telephone number, I now just want a refund and to be done with them as they've clearly taken payment for an item which they don't have.

Ordered christmas gifts. Received an order confirmation, payment taken. Its now 18th jan and still no delivery or reply to my emails. Items still showing as processing in my account on their website, over a month after ordering.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give no stars I would. Sham company. Item ordered in sufficient time for Christmas. It is still saying processing and has not even been despatched. Multiple contacts to customer service ignored together with an email being ignored. I am currently out of pocket with no product delivered. I now be considering taking further legal steps. Stay well away from this company the other reviews are clear how bad they are.

Really good site, but shipping takes longer than I would like

Wish I’d read reviews as bloody useless. All that people say is true. No response. Just updates what you see. Only let me part cancel order. Then sent other 3 items which came but still showing as awaiting dispatch!!! Going to take items back personally. Supposed to be part of the hut group. Don’t think so. Can’t get a response or use portal to return and saying can’t find order!!!

Ordered items on the 11th of December for 2-3 day delivery. Items never arrived until 8th of January and missed Christmas. No communication from iwoot, they will never respond to emails or their own contact us form. Still waiting for my refund as sent all back. Same day it was delivered.

Item ordered on the 01/01/2026. Item still not received on the 15/01/2026. The item has not been despatched.

I have tried to contact IWOOT for assistance multiple times and have been ignored. I have attempted to cancel the order and again, IWOOT refuse to reply to me.

Like many others, a delayed Christmas present arrives weeks too late and now I’m to be out of pocket for returning it!?!?

Multiple attempts to contact the business completely ignored, despite receiving immediate automated acknowledgments each time.

Giving them a week, and speaking to my card provider to help with a chargeback.

An embarrassment.

Always great service and good bargains. Always a pleasure doing business.

0 customer service - faulty product and no response despite numerous Facebook messages and direct messages on the site - avoid like the plague.

I placed an order with them on the 30th November. After contacting them numerous times over December and January I've heard nothing back apart from the automated email saying someone would be in touch within 24-48hrs. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and now I'm stuck with no present or anyway to get my money back. Absolute appalling customer service and company

Placed an order on the 19th December and it still hasn't been dispatched 4 weeks later and I haven't received any response from them, avoid or you will get scammed!

Absolutely awful. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They also ignore all their messages and don’t respond. You’ll be waiting weeks for delivery.

I placed an order at the end of November. One item I received but the other was delayed. After checking the website, the item was no loner available due to it being out of stock. I emailed the company who guaranteed me the item would be dispatched at a later date. As it was a Christmas present, I emailed again a couple of days before Christmas and asked for the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. They emailed to say this would be processed and I would receive my refund. This was on the 22nd December. I have emailed twice since this time and have had no reply. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering anything from this company and won't use them again in the future.

Update - I received a reply on Thursday 15th saying - Thank you for leaving your review.

It is now Monday 19th January, I have yet to receive a reply from this company. How hard is it to refund someone for an item ordered 2 months ago and have still not received? Complete theft - I want my money back!!!

Yet again, I have been promised a refund and was informed the refund had been requested on the 29th January. Yet, here I am on the 9th February still waiting for the refund to be back in my account- daylight robbery!!!!!!!
