I purchased the game Bridge It from Arcadetown several years ago. Arcade town was folded into iwin games at some point in time.

Recently I have tried to reinstall Bridge It but iwin games will not honour my previous purchase. I consider this theft and cheating.

Stay away from iwin games, they don't care at all.

Absolutely terrible, i installed the "game manager" which is just a shortcut to their website gods know what they actually installed it took 2 seconds to install i launched a game and one of my screen completely froze. i hard to turn off my pc at the mains and then when i rebooted i tried to uninstall it and it took SIGNIFICANTLY longer to uninstall and started executed a string of commands pathing to ramdon .exe files i would strongly advise against using this website.

This site used to be fun. Game qualities have gone down and tech support has become worthless.

I was an IWin member for years and purchased numerous games (There are 309 in the iwin.com directory. Some of those games are games that I purchased on CD from places like Walmart, etc. A "new/upgraded" game manager has been released replacing v2.103b6.021. When I load the current iWin game manager, I get a nag/notification that it will be discontinued/no longer supported. So .. silly me ... I upgraded the game manager. The new game manager lists only 58 games only 9 of those are shown as being purchased. Their tech support department has been useless.

I do not recommend spending any money with IWIN. The same games are available from other sources.

i have been an i win member since 2009 but today i think i got scammed because all my personal infos disappeared from my game manager so my all access is gone its like i'm a new member but still can see all my games i downloaded so i contacted customers supports they say at first that i never been a member they can't find me so......after 20 emails asking mostly same questions...infos about my membership, screenshot of the game manager and personals infos that i didn't provide.....think the site has been scammed i have a prepaid credit card so good luck scammers you won't go far with my personals infos i make sure that i live no trace on the web so be aware the site isn't safe

The access to games is very cumbersome. Why does there have to be three & sometimes four screens to access my game. I get asked to upgrade every time I go in even though I have already upgraded or so the screen tells me. The actual game is great, its the unnecessary way to get to it. From someone who started programming in 1975 and trained computing university graduates to program with efficient programs

I have wrote them many times but they have never answered me, I could not delete my account so they took money from my bankaccount so I had to tell my Bank I wanted a new Bankcard.
I didn't liked that I had to trash my bankcard as I had just learned it's numbers.

When sign up to them you can't delete your account.

I have never could play any iWin games and am glad they cancel my membership !!! hahahaha.

A few years ago, I purchased several games from iwin through the POGO website. I also purchased a back-up disk at the same time in the event that the games became unavailable for some reason. A year later, I purchased a new laptop that did not come with a disk drive and the games would not work from the download. I was told that the downloads were not compatible with Windows 10 and to use my disk. After I bought another laptop with a disk drive, I tried installing the games from my disk as some of the games are no longer available. The disk will not work! Iwin filled the disk with free trials of other games so that games that were bought will not show as purchased. I contacted iwin for support and even though I explained that I had a disk, I was given instructions on how to download from their site. I was then told that the games I purchased were no longer available in the iwin catalog so there was nothing that they could do. I paid extra for a disk so that I could continue to enjoy the games that I purchased (which I only purchased because I could get the backup disk) and am told too bad. Iwin should give a refund based on the fact that their backup disk is useless and they misrepresented the purpose of paying the extra $7.99 to get it.

Terrible customer service, no support. I bought a game that doesn't work and they've modified their site so it is very difficult to get in touch with anyone or complain or even just find out if others are having the same problem. I'm a long time customer that has finally had enough of being ripped off

The sight is nice, but don't need their tech support. I bought several games from this sight (i-win). When I upgraded to windows 7 none of my games worked. I installed using the disk I paid extra for, but the games will not work.
you need an e-mail address to activate the games, but now my e-mail comes up as in correct e-mail. The e-mail is OK to charge me every month for my i-win account but nothing else. Call tech support and you get something different every time if you get anything at all. I closed my account and now my games went from bought to free with advertisement. I was very mad at this company now I just will go to anyother game sight ( I already found Pogo)

I purchased some games in early 2008 and have to re-install them due to a computer crash. About 80% of the games I purchased are no longer on the site. I was assured at the time of buying they were mine for life but now that they are no longer downloadable I am being told they are no longer supported and was given a link back to the site to buy new games altogether. My old games are gone forever as is my money.
This is a total ripoff.........I paid for the games and if they are no longer supported that I should get a refund and not sent back to the site to buy new ones which in the future may also stop being supported as well.
