The trainer - Sekhar is exceptional with his training skills using tools like Miro and whiteboard for engagement and transparency throughout the 2 day session. This course has helped me understand how I can use Scrum practically in my current job to increase the productivity of my team while being Lean.

Shekar Burra's CSPO training offers a holistic perspective on the Agile Product Owner role, with practical group exercises that simulate real-world challenges. However, the course could be enhanced by providing more constructive feedback on participants' concerns arising from their current organizational situations. Shekar's approach to handling questions would benefit from increased patience. In some instances, queries were dismissed as 'wrong way of working' which, while acknowledging the issue, left participants without answers or insights on how to transition towards more effective practices. A more solution-oriented approach to addressing such concerns would greatly benefit the learning experience.mode.

Whole the process with the iZenBridge was fluent and very nice. I do liked all details and resources shared very promptly, with concrete materials and instructions.

Also, Saket as a trainer from the iZenBridge is fantastic - I do liked his approach, commitment, all details he shared and clarified.

The training was Good. Mr. Sekhar Burra is very good at training. His training involves a lot of "how not to do Scrum" than "how to do Scrum". That makes him standout from other trainers.

IZenBridge is the best go to company for any certification to get done. The trainers are excellent and are up to date with all the necessary resources always at disposal. This is my 4th certification and every time I had a positive experience. Tried another firm for one certification and didn’t find the level of professionalism that IZenBridge has. I would recommend without any question.
