Thank you for the superb review! ⭐ We’re delighted to hear your order arrived in good time and that you found our price to be the best you could find.
We really appreciate you choosing Jacksons Leisure, especially when you knew you’d be away when the delivery arrived. We hope you enjoy your purchase on your next camping or caravan adventure! 🚐🏕️
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
Well.. where do I begin, firstly, if you expect your parcels to be delivered on time, then Jackson's Leisure isn't for you, 2/3 day shipping turned into nearly 2 weeks, so don't plan to have anything fitted as it will not happen, also, they lie and lie about it's been shipped, it's not shipped, DX has your order I'll chase them, the many excuses I've had chasing this F45s awning that I had scheduled to have fitted. This company is a waste of time, if you value your time and money, I highly recommend going elsewhere, just have a read of all the reviews, I should of done and regret not doing it..One star, you don't deserve that! beware! There we have it folks, they answer with an isolated incident, really! Read the reviews to get the bigger picture, of what this company is really all about, shocking!

Hi Sharon, We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delay in resolving this issue. Your awning was dispatched on time, but an issue arose with the delivery that required further investigation, which unfortunately took longer than expected. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
However, we would like to clarify that this was an isolated delivery issue rather than a failure to dispatch your order on time. We’re proud of our 4.8-star Trustpilot rating, which reflects the positive experiences of the vast majority of our customers, and feel this provides a more balanced picture of the service we strive to deliver.

Paid in full but there was quite a wait for delivery
I know many motorhome owners like me panicked to get an air con unit fitted to their van after the summer we had. So whilst there was a sudden demand for such units it was still disappointing to order when Jacksons website it showed the items were due for delivery very soon ........and it turned out to be quite a wait having fully paid for the item...and the comms could probably have been better early on.....but I now have taken delivery of the good, I missed my initial fit date but have another one in a few weeks time.
